If I could give less than 1 star I would... Scammers, take money from your bank, then won't give it back. I've never heard of this company, didn't sign up to anything, bunch of scammers, absolute lowest of the lows

J'ai commander quelque choses pour la Saint Valentin je n'est jamais vu arriver le colis je les signaler à ma banque sa m'a répondu que j'ai eu à faire à une arnaque pour la Saint Valentin il veulent même pas rembourser la somme de 29€ j'ai quand même déposé plainte que si sa arrive à quelqu'un d'autre et qu'il veulent porter plainte il peuvent sa craint sérieusement et faut faire attention à tout maintenant

I was asking if they could refund my membership fee and was assigned to some agents. The agents telling me I could not refund and it and didn't hear my pleading until I've been transferred to another agent named Andy, he/she was not only attend to my concerns but make sure that my requests could be approved. Luckily, my request was granted thanks to Andy.

Mon compte à été piraté, et visiblement je vais être rembourser l'abonnement annulé. Le service est rapide et efficace. J'attends le remboursement.
