Ordered 18 shirts for my mom’s memorial service and they turned out great. Were received quicker than promised. There was an issue with one of the shirts but customer service came up with a solution and the problem was fixed. I can’t say enough about the amazing customer service, they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue. Thank you Quinn and Elsie for making it so easy!!!

Update: prompt response saying that they will provide me with a refund of those extras. Informed me that those extra services that i did not want were able to be deleted at checkout.

First cover was poorly made. Semi difficult time with getting replacement,wanted to charge me more money for replacement. Person I first dealt with was named “Gene”, then dealt with someone named “Elsie” who went above and beyond customer satisfaction,as it should be. Did not charge me extra for a replacement,and actually upgraded my product. Kept in constant communication with me via email,about status of new cover. Received it in a timely manner and it is perfect. If you need to deal with anyone it should be Elsie. She deals with customers concern the way all businesses should.
