Upon receipt of the order, the doll is beautiful quality. There was an issue with a customization missing (photo reference had something on top of her head, which they werent able to include). Upon contacting customer service, Elsie responded immediately to initiate an investigation. After thorough review, the customization wasn't something they'd be able to complete, so they're providing a partial refund :) definitely recommend. Very happy with their team.

I’d be waiting months too hear back from the delivery driver for him too finally tell me too contact yourself , my stupid fault for not doing that as yous have resolved my problem pretty much immediately and I appreciate that a lot thank you

Just received my order. The material of this shirt is absolute garbage, it’s that cheap nylon (you know where the fabric is white inside).

Additionally, they auto added “VIP” and “shipping insurance” costs to my order at checkout!!

Do not trust nor order from this site, very misleading and poor quality!!!

Great customer service . Very helpful - Elsie replied very fast. Needed a few more dresses quick to reply.

So disappointing…ordered 2 tropical shirts for my daughters birthday celebration at the beach. The order and delivery process was smooth with no issues. However, when the product arrived, the disappointment set in. The workmanship is just horrible. There is crooked stitching/ hems in black on a white shirt. The buttons were also black on the white shirt. Another party goer received her shirt with no button sewn on it. The sizing chart on the website is totally in accurate. I ordered a women’s extra-large and it’s about the same size as my husband‘s extra large, it is way too big. No time to send it back so I’m going to take it to my sewing machine to try to make it look presentable. This company may be good for socks but for shirts it is not a good deal. Extremely overpriced for what you get!

Highly recommend this company, I have ordered 16 shirts not all at once, I kept adding to the order and nothing was too much trouble. Really surprised by how good their service was. The shirts arrived super quick, nice, good quality lightweight material. We are all super impressed with them!

The customer service was exceptional. I required a custom item on a tight timeline. Elsie was extremely responsive on email throughout. I ended up not ordering the item as the timescale was too short to guarantee delivery but was given a full refund. The excellent customer service means I will return in future and will recommend to others.

I was worried that my changes were not being implemented but when I received the product, it was perfect. Really good work and a meaningful, fun gift.

I ordered some socks from them with my company logo on them. When it shows you a picture of how they will look the logo was very large and colorful. When I received the product the logo was so small you could barely see it and if you wore the sock you could not see the logo at all. The logo color was so light and small you could not even see the logo. I called and was only offered a 20% refund because they said the socks could still be worn. Who would wear this sock and not be able to see the logo. Do not do business with these people they obviously take no pride in the products they sell.

Thank you for the great customer service! Responses to emails were always prompt and helpful. I wasn't happy with one of my items and Elsie offered me different options to resolve this which I greatly appreciated. The other cushion was fantastic and we were very happy with the quality of printing and the product overall :)

I don’t order things online often because it’s hard to trust which company is legit or not. I took a chance of this one because I liked the idea and the ads make the shirt look so cool. I had a hard time upload the pics on my phone, it kept lagging and getting stuck so when I was done I wanted to change it. Costumer service was quick to reply and fix my issue. They even took the time to send me the pictures of how it will come out at the end for me to approve it. I still haven’t gotten the shirt since I made changes to it but I am very excited to see how it came out! Hopefully it will arrive prior to our anniversary so i can gift it on time

The product itself is really nice. The matching Hawaiian shirts for my husband and dog were really soft & well made. The quality of the printing was top-notch as well. The pictures printed clearly with accurate, vibrant colors. The only problem is the shirt for my dog was too small and the shirt for my husband was a little too big. I worked with customer service and they agreed to replace the shirt for my dog without any additional charge. I recommend following the guidelines for weight rather than length and chest girth. My dog is 26 lb. cocker spaniel, his length put him in a 1x and his chest girth a 2x. His weight would put him in a 5x. The 2x I ordered made him look like a fat guy in a belly shirt (a really cute one though!). I haven't received the replacement yet, but I think it will be much more appropriate for his size and shape. My husband usually wears a 1X, but I ordered a 2X because I worried that the shirt would shrink or be a little off on the sizing. I was informed that the shirt won't shrink. But honestly, is likely to "grow" into the 2X because of the way he binges on chocolates, chips, and soda. It's ok, just more of him to love! The shirts are ADORABLE, and I can't wait to take another picture of them together, once my dog gets his replacement shirt. The customer service agent that I chatted with was Elsie, and she was extremely professional and helpful.

Awesome shirt! & great customer service!

I am still awaiting the arrival of my product, but I need to share how great the customer service has been! My order was delivered to the wrong address by an outside company. Myfacesocks not only helped me figure out how to contact them, but has created a new order and has checked in repeatedly to make sure I feel supported. I look forward to updating when my product arrives, but can’t say enough great things about the customer service!
