Lots of choice and really fantastic prices website and booking so easy to use and only need a small deposit and balance due only 2 weeks before
Have not been on tour yet but will write a review when we return

We have been on many trips with Family Outings North East. We came by them by chance and took the decision to try them back in 2022 to Chessington World of Adventure and we haven't looked back.
Staff and drivers have always been friendly, professional and get to know you as people not just a number, which is why they stand out.
Great places to visit and plenty of time to explore when they say you get full days, you get full days.
We have already travelled with them this year with many more planned, I can't recommend this company enough.
Roll on the European Theme Park Trip I'm super excited, not sure mam is lol x

I absolutely love my trips with family outings. The staff have been warm, friendly and helpful on every trip I have been on. Great value for money too with long days at all destimations. Will definitely book again

Excellent service as always friendly, experienced staff who are more than welcoming. Coach was spotless and comfortable driver was excellent.
On time and we were given all the information we needed 10/10

If I could rate this company 0 I would, had a big problem with them months ago and they still haven’t done anything about it, got told to contact their insurance company who is also there legal team with all the details which I have done and also tried to contact Family Outings many many times to which they have blocked me on everything and think they have my emails too so they can get out of paying me anything back, went fully against their T&Cs and I had to point it out to them to which they still took a day to try rectify the problem, the attitude they have given me and my mam is disgusting and to block my brother also on social media (who may I add is a MINOR!) when he hadn’t even done anything is disgusting, I am sending one more letter to their “legal team”/ “insurance company” because I take this legally

Family Outings you have 7 days from when your legal team receive my letter (and I can see that cause it will be sent tracked yet again!) to respond to me before this goes to both Trading Standards and the Small claims court

We have travelled with Family outings for most of our day trips and one of their disney trips. They have always been really friendly staff really understanding as my children have ASD and my oldest struggles with people being sick so has always took these things into consideration when seating us. When doing disney allowed to to leave my sons wheelchair and daughters pram and car seat on the coach whenever they weren't needed. Always have great timekeeping been travelling with family outings for at least 4-5 years and always look to see what they are doing before booking anything else. Will continue using family outings for trips.

Just been on the 2 day Blackpool trip with Leanne and Chris. Loved every minute the journey there and back was comfortable and offered plenty of drinks both Leanne and Chris were very approachable. Plenty of time in the zoo and the hotel was amazing. The entry to the pleasure beach was fantastic and still had plenty of time to walk down the prom and do other things too. I’ve travelled all over with this company and always recommend them to everyone. Roll on the next one.

I've been on loads of trips they are the only company I Will use

I absolutely love this company! It is so easy to book and the trips they offer are amazing. Fantastic value and service from start to finish. They do all the arrangements so you can just sit back and enjoy. There is always an accompanying staff host who is incredibly knowledgeable on the area/trip so top tips on places to eat, sightseeing etc.

We have just had a family trip to efterling. The whole holiday was fantastic. Well organised and the schedule was very clear. Terry was fantastic in terms of communication, keeping us well informed and organising everything for us. A really nice bloke. We will be using family outings again as we thought it was great value for money and a really good trip.

My daughter my friend and her son and I have just got back from Efteling, it was amazing. Family outings were amazing. If you have any doubts about booking either Efteling or a trip through Family Outings please done hesitate. Terry has been attentive and helpful throughout . Efteling is our new favourite place judged by two seven year olds who went to Disneyland Paris last year , better snacks , faster access to rides and the perfect Efteling Grand Hotel. Caro is in my daughter’s words the best thing she has ever seen. So thank you again for the wonderful trip.

Staff were friendly & kept us informed of arrival times due to weather & traffic & what to expect when we got there. also gave out maps & a no. to call if we had any problems.
Couldn't have asked for anymore tbh.

Our trip to Phantasialand was nothing short of incredible. We visited as a family of two adults and one child, and the experience was truly unforgettable for all of us. From the moment we arrived, the park completely blew us away. The theming is outstanding, and the rides are superb—every area feels immersive and thoughtfully designed.
We went during the Christmas winter event, and it absolutely did not disappoint. The festive atmosphere, stunning decorations, and magical winter feel made the whole experience even more special and perfect for a family visit.
On top of that, Terry was amazing. His organisation skills were faultless, with perfect timings throughout the trip and clear, informative explanations at every stage. He was always available to answer questions, and his enthusiasm for theme parks genuinely shines through, adding to the excitement and confidence of the whole experience.
I would highly recommend Family Outings as a travel company for family trips. A brilliantly organised, stress-free experience from start to finish—we wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.
