Honestly, I can't recommend My Fast Sale enough. Selling a property is usually so overwhelming, but the team was incredibly kind and transparent from day one. Jacob was a total star—always at the end of the phone to answer my questions and keep things moving. It felt less like a transaction and more like having a friend guide me through the process. I felt completely looked after throughout the whole journey.

I had a very positive experience with My Fast Sale during what could have been a stressful property transaction. From the outset, the team were approachable, professional and transparent, which immediately put me at ease.

Jacob and the team were always quick to respond to any questions and just as efficient when it came to progressing the sale. Their communication was excellent throughout, and they were consistently friendly and pleasant to deal with.

What stood out most was how straightforward they made the entire process. I never felt pressured at any stage, and they handled everything seamlessly, even when unexpected issues arose. This meant I had very little to worry about, which was a huge relief.

Overall, a smooth, well-managed experience from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team at My Fast Sale.

I had a fantastic experience with My Fast Sale when selling my property. From the very beginning, they were transparent and professional. They agreed a price with me and, most importantly, stuck to it, which gave me real confidence in the process.

The team assisted with all aspects of the legal process and kept everything moving quickly and smoothly. Every step was clearly explained, so I always knew what was happening and what to expect next.

A special mention has to go to Jason, who was absolutely amazing throughout. He was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful, making what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed.

I would highly recommend My Fast Sale to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property cash purchase company.

Misleading “cash buyer” claim – my experience
I was initially given what was described as a cash offer for my property. Before proceeding, I asked for proof of funds.
Following this, I received communication explaining that the next step would be to send someone to assess the property and then confirm the offer. It was also indicated that they would need to source an investor to purchase the property at a price that worked for them.

Based on this, my understanding is that they are not a direct cash buyer themselves, but may act as an intermediary sourcing investors.

This was not what I expected when responding to an advert suggesting a direct cash purchase, so I found the process misleading.

I would advise others to ask clear questions upfront about:

whether they are the actual buyer

whether proof of funds can be provided
and how the process works in practice

I also could not find clear information linking the website to a specific registered UK company or named ownership, which made me personally cautious.

I am somewhat satisfied with how my fast sale managed the sale. From the outset, the pricing strategy was discussed in detail, and although the price was lowered, this was agreed before I signed the contract, so I was comfortable proceeding on that basis.
A special mention to Silvesta, who was efficient, responsive, and proactive throughout the process. He kept communication clear and ensured that matters progressed as swiftly as possible. His professionalism and calm approach made what was a stressful experience much more manageable.
Unfortunately, my experience with the solicitors hired by MFS, Stamford Legal, was far less positive. Communication was poor and the overall handling of the legal side felt disorganised. In particular, Lisa was extremely difficult to deal with — responses were slow, updates were lacking, and it often felt like I was chasing for progress rather than being kept informed.
That said, thanks to the efficiency on the sales side, the transaction did complete, and I appreciate the effort that went into securing the sale.

I was a bit concerned by previous reviews, anticipated a drop in price just before completion. But to be fair, they honoured the price but it took longer than 28 days. No complaints

Avoid this company. Total time wasters. Claim to purchase ur property in as little as 7 days. Later on they tell you they need to sell you property and make considerable profit before they can exchange. They are an estate agent only and will offer you a considerable less value. Read some of the other reviews, you will learn im not the only one that experienced this although they claim to be transparent. They do not have their own cash to buy your property

I can’t thank Mike enough for making the sale of mums house so quick and hassle free, the team followed up and dealt with conveyancing issues quickly and chased the solicitors for us. It’s a big thing selling and the My Fast Sale team made it so much easier, thanks so much

My fast sale contacted me and I filled in their form. They made an acceptable offer which I accepted. Nothing from them for a week then a message asking why I had declined their offer and would I like them to review it again. I made more attempts to communicate with them by email (I would never do any transaction like this on phone calls alone) only to find the supposed email is not valid. I rang their number and asked to speak to Sylvesta. After a wait the line went dead. No call back! They clearly don't want to communicate except on their own terms. Any company that spoofs their own email addresses is clearly not to be trusted.

This company wasted 8 weeks of my sale time we both signed selling contracts at £460000 then 7 weeks on dropped the price down without warning, and no one else would offer me close to my asking price as it was on the marked at a reduced price WASTE OF TIME

Michael dealt with my case, he was very professional, offered a good service overall but it took nearly 6 weeks to purchase my house, even though they say 4 weeks. But overall, I’m pleased.

This company is not as it seems, it doesnt sell your property fast, all they do is take it to a group of investors. Be very careful. Definitely not as good as a solid local estate agent.

After using a local estate agent for months with promises of a sale after each price reduction just wasting my time. I wish I had spoken to Mike and the team months ago, securing a sale quickly and hassle free.

Mike took time to explain the whole process and all options, I felt comfortable proceeding over the other offers with over zealous sales people promising all sorts.
I'm glad I chose these guys, the team were great and Mike helped me all the way through, I know i was a pain at times but nothing was too much trouble. So a big thanks to Mike and the rest of the team, I got it sold and now enjoying the proceeds in sunny Spain. Thanks to all involved

Poor communication from the start. No answer to emails and hard to get through to on the phone. Made a good offer but want exclusive agreement to advertise your property like any other agent. So no cash buyers just time wasters.

This company need to be FAR more transparent about how they operate. I believe they are deliberately opaque about their processes in the exact way that other negative reviews describe. They are NOT cash buyers. They want a 30 day agency period to re-advertise your property. They need to find a buyer because they do NOT have their own cash. Be very aware these are middlemen. Just save yourself the bother and drop your price with your normal agent.
