Amazing results and experience! With just one single session, I lost over 8 cm per area. On my stomach, I went from 99 cm to 88 cm in just one session, which honestly blew my mind.

Coral is absolutely lovely and creates such a warm, comfortable and trusting environment. She also treated my back and after only one session it looks smoother, with less fat and no visible bra line.

I’m beyond happy with the results — highly recommend!!

I have payed alot money upfront and done 2x sessions only, and now when im trying to make an appointment. Nobody is answering, and also whatsapp number has just disappeared, I've seen that now others are having the same problem,we definitely need to file a complaint and report it for those who have been scammed! Something needs to be done, this is not on!!! You can't just take someone's money and run off!! its already a struggle to pay up as it is and then they do this to you, it hurts...

Having used Jasmine before, I had a break between the new year and got back in touch to sort out more treatments. She booked me in for Wednesday April 4th and had a treatment she owed me and then paid her cash as she said her card machine wasn’t working ?? Booked in for the 3 treatments I paid for as I was going away and needed them all doing for my holiday. I then received a call 2 days later saying she has to cancel my treatments as the Fat Freeze company is rebranding. She reckons she didn’t know they were doing this even though they were coming on the Monday to do it all for 2 weeks !!!! So they didn’t tell her so she could cancel all her bookings ?? Another red flag. As I needed the treatments I asked for my money back and she said leave it with me. Chased her over two weeks to then finally get hold of her and she asked if I could travel to the Birmingham site for my treatments which is miles away so said no. She said I will get your £235 refunded chased her again numerous times with excuses of bank holiday delays etc to now complete silence. Doesn’t answer the phone or messages. I called the other branches to try and make a complaint and could only speak to the Newcastle branch, explained I been ripped off he said I will sort it and took my bank details and 3 weeks later still nothing. I would avoid this company like the plague they are a scam and I have noticed another review who had the same issue I did. Complete con artists.

I paid a considerable amount of money for a fat freeze/cavitation/cellulite plan with MFF in Leicester and have received only what seems half of the plan that was agreed and paid upfront. I have tried contacting the practitioner numerous times on WhatsApp and there has been no response.

I am utterly disappointed with what has happened as I have seen the recent negative Google reviews that other customers have experienced.

If my plan cannot be completed in the next few weeks, I will demand a refund and file a complaint against this company.

I have contacted the email address on the website and trust this will be resolved promptly.

Megan was so knowledgeable & answered all my questions! I had a hydrafacial for the first time, I am over the moon with my results instantly! I feel so relaxed & will definitely be making a return

I’ve been to many beauty clinics and this is the first time I have felt so unhappy at the customer service level I feel I must warn others! I booked online for a Friday evening and paid my deposit……drove half an hr to the Leicester venue to find it shut….

I received the response below and then told I CANNOT have my deposit back because I could not find another convenient time to take the treatment?!?!

I cannot get my deposit back for an appointment time and date I arrived at but they were shut!

Hello Maria sincerest apologies but the clinic was closed yesterday - it was my day off. Due to our new bookings system these closures don’t always reflect straight away but we are in the process of rectifying this with immediate effect.

You will not be fined for the use of the car park for yesterday’s appointment.

Megan is absolutely lovely. She is so knowledgeable and makes you feel really comfortable. She has taken process photos throughout. I am on 8 out 9 treatments and have noticed excellent results! Would highly recommend

Great experience amazing staff and really good laser hair removal treatment

My Manchester appointment was cancelled at short notice and I can’t get a reply from the company about rebooking. They’ve taken my deposit and I can’t get it back either. They must have gone bust, be careful do not book an appointment!

Amazing experience, Megan and Tash were both amazing, professional and friendly. Noticed great results on my body too.

Absolute waste of money. The website fooled me into thinking that it was an easy process and it’s a one and done method. After signing up, they tell you you’ll need a minimum of 3 sessions or more. 5 in my case. And they don’t mention that you cannot stop with 3 sessions If you’re dissatisfied. They get you into taking a package with a discount so that once you’re in, there’s no turning back. And you can only pay in 2 instalments! I suggest reading the terms and conditions and making sure you really know what’s going on if you want to sign up.
I did 3 seasons and I’ve seen no difference at all. And it’s close to 5k that I’ve thrown at this!
You’ll be better off going to the gym/getting a trainer and focusing on nutrition instead!
Plus the treatment itself is very very uncomfortable and was quite painful for me.
I’m also being forced to pay a last minute cancellation for an appointment that was wrongly scheduled by them!! I 100% think it was a total waste of money.

The hydrafacials are done extremely professionally here and I can see a clear difference in my skin; it has improved wonderfully compared to before :)

Particularly the worker Natasha did an excellent job in doing the hydrafacial and I am very impressed at how healthy my skin is now. My mum recommended me to do it and it is an excellent suggestion for those with stubborn blackheads and whiteheads on their face like me!

I received my treatment from Natasha, who is incredibly friendly. The place is clean and inviting. My experience has been wonderful so far, and I’m looking forward to returning for another session.

Overall very good experience. Staff was professional and knowledgeable, very client focused. I can definitely recommend.
