I highly recommend this clinic for fat freezing (cryolipolysis) treatments. Having now completed more than one session, I can genuinely say that I am seeing noticeable results, which has made me very happy with my decision to choose this clinic.
From the beginning and throughout each visit, the staff have been consistently professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They always make me feel comfortable and take the time to check on my progress, explain each step, and answer any questions I have.
The clinic itself is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Each treatment has been carried out with great care and attention, and I have felt confident in their expertise every time.
What I appreciate most is the ongoing support and honest advice. Seeing real results after multiple sessions has really reassured me that I am in the right place.
I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering fat freezing treatments, especially if you are looking for a place that delivers results and provides excellent care throughout your journey.

Misbah was very professional and friendly :) I have had a cryo treatment and the HIFU as well , both treatments were pleasant and I had lovely chats with Misbah. Recommend their post treatment serum and the cream .

Disappointed
I had an appointment at 13:05 on 13 Palace Street for 360 Fat Freezing, they asked to come 15 minutes earlier. i have arrived with 15 minutes earlier I have waited 35 minutes with nobody coming to pick me up, I have called 3 times, the guy of the phone was helpful, I believe he tried his best to get someone downstairs, but he didn’t know what’s happening. At least to give a notice if the appointments are delayed.

To make things right, we have already issued a full refund for your session, as we do not believe you should pay for an experience that didn't meet our professional standards. We have also reached out to offer you a 50% discount should you choose to return to our Palace Street studio for your 360 Cryolipolysis treatment.
We are currently reviewing our check-in procedures to ensure our body contouring appointments run on time and every client is greeted promptly. We would love the chance to regain your trust and provide the 5-star service we are known for. Please contact us to arrange your next visit
Amazing cool sculpting experience
Gemma was absolutely incredible! I did cool sculpting with her and she was the most understanding and patient person. She made me feel super comfortable and explained the process as we went. 1000/10

I recently had a fat freezing treatment at **Vivo Body Studio**, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and results.
My treatment was carried out by Miss Kelly, and she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She took the time to explain the whole process clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident before beginning. Her professionalism and friendly approach really stood out.
The quality of the treatment was excellent. The clinic was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with professional-grade machines. Miss Kelly was attentive throughout the session, regularly checking in to ensure I was comfortable. I truly felt I was in safe and experienced hands.
I’m very pleased with the results so far and would highly recommend Vivo Body Studio to anyone considering fat freezing treatment. A big thank you to Miss Kelly for her outstanding service and care!
