The closure wig I bought is truly glueless! There's no lace on either side of the ears, so I can just put it on and go - no glue needed!

Good wig
I love my short curly wig! It looks so natural on me and doesn't shed much. I also love the way it feels on my head. The only thing is I'm still trying to figure out how to get it to stay exactly the way I want it styled.

They are running a scam and they know it
Take your time to read the whole review, it’s worth your time and will save you money I swear!
Let’s start with some background on the order: I bought the wig on their website and paid in euros, I live in the European Union and was aware that the shipping costs would fall on me. Due to some personal issues I had to change the shipping address, and customer care was kind enough to help me with that without charging extra costs. I received the wig on the right day, but I was not made aware that I had to pay customs. When I lifted this issue with them they quickly dismissed my concerns, however, I understood I should have researched more, so I believe this is not their fault although they could have been more transparent about it.
Let’s talk about the wig now… well, I don’t even know where to start. It smelled extremely bad, apparently it’s due to the treatment they do to the hair, but I swear there is no appropriate way to get rid of the smell and for some weird reason every time the wig is in contact with moisture such as water, rain or sweat the smell becomes unbearable (even to people around you). It seems that water activates whatever smelly substance was used in there.
The wig quality is also another huge problem. There is absolutely no way that I paid more than 300€ to have mediocre hair. This wig started falling apart from the second wear, it sheds like crazy and it’s extremely brittle. It has some “blonde” highlights and due to the dying this hair portion is even weaker. It feels super dry and I honestly don’t know what to do ‘cause I cannot just cut the highlights… also let’s talk about the dying. It seems like it was done by a blind person, ‘cause there is no way this is normal: the color is crazy and it’s legit orange rather than blond and brown. They offered me 40€ to get it fixed (not enough by the way) and I take it quite as an insult after the amount of money I spent on the wig itself. In which parallel universe paying 300€ gets you a subpar product that needs further fixing? And to be honest, now I totally get why they don’t accept returns after the hair has been washed, I have rights to believe they ship the wig with some sort of chemical on it for it to stay put together, but as soon as you wash it off… puff… you get a wig looking like it was bought in a corner shop.
Last thing I would like to address is once again what they claim and what they actually deliver. A company that sells a “first wig” should consider that usually when a person is a beginner they shouldn’t have to deal with this disgrace of a product. Like what is going on? I paid the hefty price expecting to get a decent service and that I wouldn’t have to deal with crazy fixes afterwards or spend additional money. But that wasn’t the case. I thought buying a wig would result in less expenses since I have a scalp problem and have always paid a lot for the treatment, but that wasn’t the case.
I’ll end the review with a brief summary: waste of money and energy, not even a qualified hairdresser can save this sorry excuse for a wig. That’s all. Hope they used my money wisely though, ‘cause apparently stealing is good for business. Now you know it.

Horrible product and customer service
Horrible customer service!! They sell faulty fake products and when you notify them of the problem they do nothing to resolve the issue, other than emailing to say it’s not their fault the wig they sell you is dry and shedding like crazy. Fake absolutely fake!!
