They don’t return calls or emails. Had a flood search that was never completed and paid for. They won’t reply.

Simply the best

Great service. I use eFlood regularly to check on potential properties as well as when I get financing or refinancing. Clear, concise, understandable reports. I Receive my reports quickly which allows me to put sound proposals together in a timely manner. I highly recommend. I've used other services, but found them to be lacking in comparison.

We are sorry you feel that way.

We interpret flood maps. Period.

Even though we cross-reference parcel data and aerial imagery, the bottom line is: our determinations are based on the most current FEMA maps and data available

Sometimes, customers are not happy with the results of a determination. But other times, we discover errors that save them thousands of $$ a year...

So, once again, we are sorry that you fall into the first category, and didn't receive the results you were hoping for.
