Simplify and Increase

I've been using Vertical Rent for 3 years, it's an excellent tool for managing rental properties. Do away with the excel spreadsheets, trips to the courthouse for eviction verification etc. Vertical rent has made it easier to streamliner our operations.

VerticalRent is the Best Platform Ever

I’ve been using different tools on the VerticalRent platform since 2017. The platform is easy to use & User friendly. I find it professional & fast. The advertising hub does all the work & I am able to use it on the Go! I can’t say enough about this platform & how it has helped my business to grow. Kind Regards Deborah Adams

Simple and Powerful Tenant Screening

My family has been using VerticalRent since we launched the software a few years ago to screen our applicants. The credit reports are comprehensive and the criminal/eviction reports are accurate. I am the owner/co-founder of VerticalCloud, the company behind VerticalRent. We are going to ask our customers to begin providing their unbiased review of our software on TrustPilot.
