MyfooDen is a fantastic company, I haven't had the sort of service in a long time. They keep you informed and are always helpful. The packaging they use is great - just like it used to be, I wish them everything they wish for themselves!

This is my first time ordering from…
This is my first time ordering from MyfoodDen. My wife had bought a bag of cheders from a local shop and had enjoyed them. I went back a few weeks later and found they no longer sold the one's my wife liked.
I went to the web and found Fooden. The price was good so I placed an order. What pleased me was how fast we received our order. Nicely packed for protection and safe delivery to our home.
So just our first purchase and I hope the rest of our orders will be as the first time.
I am therfore happy to recommend them.

Excellent and kind service
Excellent and kind service. They went out of their way to provide me with protein bread, which is great to manage my glucose levels as a type 1 diabetic. Very grateful and will definitely buy from them again!

I opened the package a day or so after…
I opened the package a day or so after it arrived. Noticed it was damp but ignored it. When I went to use the food a week later I realised it had been damaged in the post and had been open since it arrived!!

The cabbage tastes lovely
The cabbage tastes lovely, it not too sour, nice to eat just as a salad. The only problem I had was that one of my packs had very small cabbage leaves in and a lot of little bits and not big enough to stuff the cabbage leaves with mincemeat. The second packet was quite good and much bigger. Once I have tried the sarme, I’m sure I will order again.

First of all thank you for the order! We understand your parcel was delivered by the courier to a wrong address and we are right on it with the courier to sort it out.
In any case, you are protected by our 'satisfaction guarantee' policy and will either get a refund or a replacement parcel within 48 hours.
Also, apologies for the delay in responding to your email; we are a little slow during this period due to the increased volume of emails. Nevertheless, your case will be sorted within 48 hours.
