1 star is a gift, multiple problems with logging in and sometimes support would not answer for multiple days even during the week. Other technical problems with the server not working, then to top it off I sent support a message to stop billing and refund my monthly fee that was done inside the 7 day window. Not only did they not refund the fee but just billed me again despite knowing I asked for the account to be closed and refunded. CRAP COMPANY

I've been working with these guys since 2020. Before that, I tried a lot of providers for 5 years. In fact, I'm staying with these guys. They ALWAYS understand your situation and request. They try to thoroughly help with all problems and requests. the solve non-trivial tasks and are ready to act at the request of the client. Customers are valued. Just recently, I made a mistake with a crypto wallet. I did not create an invoice before the transfer and transferred the money to the old address. The guys found this transaction by hash and credited it to my balance. I am more than satisfied with the service.

I've tried a large handful of VPS providers before and no one has been as consistently reliable for the cost as MyForexVPS. I really like how they don't use shared IP or CPU like so many do. This is the best resource if you want to use virtual servers in trading. I trade futures in the Ninjatrader terminal. The server works stably, the Ninjatrader does not crash and works properly on several accounts. The service is very prompt and polite.
