Brilliant customer service and even better engineers.

Very friendly technician. Worked in a tidy manner and respected my home.

Surprisingly easy to make the initial claim via the website. The admin department responded to email correspondence in a timely manner and the appointment was made with ease. The technicians were professional and very pleasant. Happy with the service.

The engineer arrived when he said, completed task in a timely manner and was very approachable

The repairman was lovely - friendly and polite, got straight to work, repaired the problem and even did the other side for us so as to avoid the problem happening again in the future. Didn’t catch his name but top marks, thank you!

After what I thought was an irreparable disaster on my beautiful oak topped table I was relieved to recall that I had paid for 5 years insurance for accidental damage. The gentleman that came was evidently a skilled professional and within minutes the table , damaged by nail varnish remover, was restored. Arrived within the time frame, was respectful of our light coloured carpet by removing his shoes without my asking him to do so.

I bought a dining table from furniture village and it’s broken by accidentally but thay didn’t solve my problem.

The technician was peraistant and very positive. Very little relevant infonation

Very good company to deal with

I took the insurance out on my bench dining table and the benches have been damaged by my pet. All I want is a replacement which they said is no longer available so I told them I would accept a different one which they declined instead offered me £100 what a joke that wouldn't even get it recovered so I refused, still waiting.

Immaculate service and extremely polite personnel.

Emmiera Group dealt very efficiently with my insurance claim relating to my damaged dining chair. I am very happy with how they resolved the issue.

Great service, well pleased . The gentleman that came around was very friendly , professional and helpful. 5 stars

Great service, fixed the issue to our satisfaction.

Great friendly service

Excellent work

The upholsterer Derek was very professional polite courteous amiable and respectful

A bad stain to the arm of our sofa which after 20 minutes disappeared with no sign of the problem it had originally caused.
The young tradesman was very good at his job quick, tidy with immaculate manners.
We can't thank the company and tradesman for the job done.
From very happy customers,
Linda and George Jones.

Has been declined on basics the sofa was mis-handled rather than accidental damage by a child.

I have purchased £240 protection cover and absolutely shamless to avoid an eligable claim.
