Very easy to deal with. The repair person Steven was brilliant when he was out

Thank you ever so much, you did a fantastic job, very professionlly done.

The visit went well. A true

Why would you send me a satisfaction survey when your repairer was unable to repair my product????

From the initial claim on line, communication was good by email and phone. repair on furniture was carried out and you would not know it had been repaired after chemical spilled on cabinet. Happy with service, pleased I took this policy out.

Stephen the engineer was great, informative, friendly and did the job

Had great service from this company repair handled very quickly and their repair man was excellent would recommend

Very helpful staff on Help Line.
Replacement part sent as soon as it was in stock.
Impressive!

Prompt and very experienced, chair fixed

Your engineer was a gentleman treating our home with respect and did an excellent job leaving all our items looking like brand new again I would recommend this company to everyone

On first phone call an appointment was made.
The appointment was with in the time slot. The person was very professional and courteous. The job didn't take long and rectified to an excellent standard.

The first guy came round and only ordered 1 part then kept calling me “my love” which was so condescending and inappropriate. When the rest of the covers arrived, I didn’t see much of a difference from the stained covers to the new ones. The whole claim took 7 months to sort out because of the incompetence from the tech guy and the constant diversions from one customer service agent to the next. I kept having to find out what was happening instead of the other way around. Awful service.

Very easy, helpful communiation from the start. The Assessor who attended was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable, and done an outstanding job very quickly and efficiently. Very, very good. I wondered what could be done about the issue, but he resolved it very quickly and professionally. 5* service.

First guy ended the appointment early as he was going on holiday that day. The settees have serious wear marks where you have tried to clean them and look bleached from your chemicals. Took me more than two weeks for you to attend a second time and after two attempts you have said now it is too risky. What is so annoying is that if you had attended sooner maybe you could have removed the stains as I managed to remove some on my own but you said leave it to the professionals.

Colin, great ambassador for your company.

Fast & efficient service.
From start to completion of claim the process was without fault. The technician that came was extremely pleasant and carried out the work to a high standard

Fantastic service and great customer support. Engineer arrived at the time. Message was sent hour before to confirm the visit. Engineer Was well prepared and efficient. Very good service and fantastic job. Thank you Jason!

Stephen was the man that came to look at our furniture, there was a few wee chips on 2 of our pieces, he was very good and the job was completed and fixed in no time at all, the service we received was first class. Our units are now looking like what they did when we bought them, one very happy lady. Thank you

Been waiting since 27th January and three visits later now 24th April and still not fixed
