Aparecieron cargos a mi tarjeta pero el equipo de soporte lo soluciono reembolsando los cargos que aparecían en mi cuenta muy buen servicio gracias.

Por error di aceptar en un cobro de algo que NO quería.y contacte directamente al support y ahí me atendieron rápidamente muy bien, solucionando mi problema inmediatamente.

Got my situation sorted straight away now I'm waiting on refund mistakes do happen but finally sorted out quick response to my issue

This is company are not transparent, they trick me to buy an item, and afterwards the product was not sent and they keep taking money from my account without informing me, after my complaints, I was assure that my money will be refunded back in four to five days, but have not received the money yet, so I'm waiting if things change i will come back to give more review.

Gente molto preparata e veloce l'ultimo agente molto preparato

I thought I was purchasing a product. I went through the checkout process and noticed a tick box about a recurring payment. I un ticked this and completed my order. When I checked my email confirmation it said I had been signed up for a membership. This is not what I ordered. I tried to reach out to their customer service who have said they won't do anything about it and I would have had an email 3 days ago about a pending payment.

I am pleased to say that the company reached out after my review and offered to refund my money. I trust this will happen and am pleased with this action taken from my review.
