Everything was very smooth and she was always available for support during that time. Two months ago, I lost my job and was scared how to handle the changes on my health insurance (I needed to legally switch to public during unemployment) and Iris, from the team, supported me during the process. She is super super helpful, following up with my documents and making sure this process runs smooth from my side. I am very happy and grateful thanks to her, luckily I found a new job and will start soon. Bettina was really patient guiding through each details, answering any stupid or valid question you might have.
She shared all the possible options with comparison and premium details for each provider.
