Avoid this place at any cost.
They claim to offer a five star experience , but they lack any basilar service of civil life.
The heating in the room is not working , the room is really cold, and you can’t even take a hot shower , since the hot water is not working.
I had to wash myself with cold water, and that is not pleasant on December.
They have a WhatsApp number you can talk to, but it is totally pointless, they just pretend everything is fine in the apartment and that they will check.
Spoiler: they won’t check.
I asked for a partial refund of the rent, since the experience was really unacceptable.
They said “ I’ll let you know.”
Spoiler: they won’t let you know.

Una vacanza trasformata in un incubo a causa delle cimici da letto (BED BUGS). Comunicato ai referenti della struttura tramite tutti i canali e non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso.
La presenza delle cimici da letto è sufficiente per non andare in questo albergo, ma considerate anche che la colazione dolce è inesistente e sono presenti crepe preoccupanti all'interno delle stanze.
Non fate come noi: rovinarvi la vacanza pernottando in questa struttura.

The room was a mess. When we booked the hotel there was always a tv but not in this one. The guy couldnt put me in another room
