I am grateful for everything!

I am grateful someone reached out about the correct contact so I could receive my package.
I have been using total relief for a few days and have received gradual improvement in my symptoms. I am looking forward to the continued pain relief and better mobility. Thank you!

Horrible experience trying to get


Horrible experience trying to get refunded. Taking weeks. And they won’t call me only email. And they won’t share the number to contact them. I cancelled order an hour after I sent it and they still sent it regardless. Even though I ordered it on their federal holiday.

Once an order enters our fulfillment process, we may no longer be able to stop shipment, even if a cancellation request is submitted shortly afterward. Feeling Scummed

I ordered and soon after I realised I had clicked an additional to the order so I cancelled the additional. Regardless, they shipped the whole order and deducted for them from my account. I approached my bank who informed me that the deductions were actually recurring and I asked them to stop the the deductions. I returned the items at my cost and I have written several emails over 4 months asking for refund but no response except for the automated which says they will respond in 24-48 hours. These are the worst scummers ever, please be warned. I made a blander of not checking reviews before buying. I was so put off that I have not even tried to use the jars from the initial order. HiRelief customer service is disgusting.

I've tried to cancel my order same day


I've tried to cancel my order same day of process die to the price they deduct but they refused.Instead they gave me 20% discount for to bluff me.The order was donene 11 May till date I haven't received anything I the one who emailed them to ask all they said was is that I must wait.Yo is it because of the color of my skin maybe because of the reviews many people got their refunds when they ask for it due to price which we ore not aware of when changes to rands. I'm dying of pain and Im ready for operation.when this order arrived what am I supposed to do with it?

Total relief

I didn’t realize this was an auto subscription. I wanted to cancel right away. They had already sent out the order so offered me 20% discount. It did take some time to get to me but did receive my last order.

I would wake in the night with burning


I would wake in the night with burning toes & would put cold packs on them to cool them. They were so sensative I couldn't wear a closed in shoe. I saw your product & wanted to try anything. I apply Total Relief after shower in the morning & at night. The burning has stopped, I'm not waking up with pain & I can wear shoes. Amazing results & a lovely perfume . Thank you.
