Products as described , work great

If i can give you no Stars i would i never received my order it has been in NJ since December i have made multiple attempts to reach seller that i had to contact PAYPAL

It took a while for the sharpener to arrive since it came directly from China. All in good condition and as advertised.

Good product, but No instruktions inside the package

The pump was just what i wanted and works great.

I placed my Order a month ago and have yet to see a package shipment. I have asked for help several times And only excuses why it is not enroute.

I have still not received my order despite reminders. No tracking number.

Disappointed

Overall I am disappointed. Starting with the shipping time...3 weeks. I'm over that but the product I ordered is not the product I received. The iron chef knife sharpening system that I reviewed on your web site showed all four sharpening stones mounted on the rod at the same time so you can simply rotate the rod to use a different stone. The product I received allows one stone at a time to be used. So, you have to remove the stone and mount a new one every time. I reviewed many other brands of this sharpening system and I chose this one because of that feature. Am I missing something? Would appreciate someone reaching out to me with a solution. Thank You!

it arrived a bit late as I ordered it for Christmas present but I understand the situation with the delay ( COVID-19) .The product is an amazing piece of art ,all pieces are in great condition where nothing's chipped or broken. Thank you so much.

Received all items, packed well, shipped as fast as unpredictable shipping containers during Covid can. Definitely will purchase things again.

Taking too long to deliver!!!! Difficult to track the shipment!!!!

Delivery was slow. The package sat in one warehouse for a week. The sharpener is poorly designed,particularly in the knife clamping area and the swivel area. There was no documentation of any sort provided.

The knifes are beautiful and very sharp. The magnetic board I purchased is not the best quality but works. I wouldn't waste the $50 on it because it is definitely not worth that much. It's more like a $10 board. It took about a month before I got them so be prepared to wait. The package that the knives came in was not in good shape and it was not package well for something that cost what it did.

If you just buy the knife set and are willing to wait for them then I would recommend them.

I ordered a multipurpose vegetable cutter and received the product in a very disappointing state. One blade was broken, and as advised I wrote a complaint along with pictures of the broken blades on 9 September. Though the reply mail said i will get a replacement blade, till today I did not receive any.

Didn't receive the base plate that decanter and glasses sat on.

I hadn't received my order, got in touch and couldn't have asked for anymore assistance, as they were right onto it and I received my order, all intact, very very happy customer.

Very happy with my purchase.
