100% recommend using RTA. We recently bought a house that needed all new cabinets and after getting in contact with Jared he was able to build us a whole new kitchen layout with some awesome cinder shaker cabinets. Can’t say I’m excited to tackle another kitchen project but when I do I know who I’ll be using!!

They screwed me over, steer clear of this company. I ordered an entire kitchen of cabinets from RTA Direct. Most of the order came, except a base cabinet, a sheet of plywood, and some trim that they informed me should arrive soon. never came, and heard nothing. I emailed and called frequently for two weeks with ZERO reply, they ghosted me. I ended up having to order from a different company and am still awaiting a refund from RTA Direct. I recommend ordering from RTAcabinetstore, the customer service is light years beyond RTA direct. But whatever you do, avoid RTA Direct like the plague.

When you get the delivery call and then the delivery it all seems a bit janky. I was concerned they would be poor quality. Being a woodworker and having built cabinets for myself and customers I was weary of these for the price and details like dovetail drawers and soft-close everything. Why didnt i build myself? Time. I dont have the time, im not a pro cabinet maker, I can, but its a lot of work. Let me tell you, these are absolutely perfect! You cannot beat the price. The shipping cost sucks but if you buy a whole kitchen or house its worth it. Hell we just bought 2 cabinets and its still worth the $295 shipping cost. The hardware and build quality is great. Yes, if you are a pro, you will find the hardware holding the boxes together a little disappointing but totally functional and with a little glue, its great. Solid wood doors and drawers and quality plywood boxes that will last because the finish is solid. You get a quality hardware kit that has a million ways to adjust every drawer and door for that perfect look. I built a 36” wide base cabinet in about an hour, at night, in the corner of my garage, we just moved so no woodworking shop setup yet. You cant go wrong.

Consistent good service puts RTA Direct ahead of the competition.

RTA Direct is second to no one in their ability to satisfy customers. Their product knowledge is first hand (not read off a screen), they work with you to figure out how to best solve what you need done, and their follow through is amazing. Thanks for everything!! Notified me last minute that the cabinet line I was about to order had been discontinued. They even prompted me to order a door sample, which I did, then an hour later I find out the line has been taken off the market. Might have been an innocent mistake, but I did have to back pedal and go with my second choice of cabinets, which were much more expensive. RTA Direct could have handled this better.

Ordered the cabinets some months ago, finally at the point in rebuilding where it's time to put the kitchen together, the first one was good but the following three were used, full of stripped screw holes in critical places and missing pieces. We only have about a week left in our hotel so we have to hire a cabinet guy to come make sense of the mess we have now.

From start to finish Jared has been very detailed and helpful about helping me about my order, the process and response time was great! The design sample was on point and up to my standards and made my buying decision that much easier, also the prices where great compared to showrooms, again thanks for all your help jared!

I have been putting off my Kitchen upgrade for years, until I found RTA Direct! With Jared's help I was able to purchase the perfect cabinets! The quality is awesome, and they are very easy to put together. I would highly recommend them!!!! Thank You Jared!!!

The best cabinets and most simplified assembly I have ever done. Every detail was very well thought through.
Jared the design assistant was very helpful and fast to respond to our emails, answering all the technical questions we had. Wonderful guy and very knowledgeable of their product.

While I appreciate the pricing and ease of assemble of my RTA cabinets, I can only say I am mostly disappointed at the amount of damage I found when I opened my shipment. When I inquired about correcting the many issues I found with my cabinets, I was told that RTA only accepts unopened boxes as returns, that’s a terrible policy given the fact that one must open a box to see what’s inside. I would only recommend going with RTA if you have no better option in the same price range. UPDATE: much of what you will read in the response by RTA to my original post is true, it is not wholly accurate. We were on a strict timeline as this was a live-in renovation which meant we were existing without the use of our kitchen. As for not wanting to ship items back then wait for replacements, that would have been a nightmare seeing that I had assembled many of the cabinets before finding the damages I ultimately noted. It is true, as far as I’ve been told, that RTA advocated on my behalf with their supplier to remedy the situation. However, I received no direct contact from said provider, so I cannot know what was discussed. What I do know is that there were damages to at least 1/3 of the $4300+ cabinet order, yet the supplier offered just $100 in compensation (in the form of a refund). That’s approximately 2.2-2.4% compared to the 10% I requested. This amount doubled (to $200) when we received what was listed as a ‘credit for future purchases nearly 2 months after reviving the initial order. They say they were fair, I say they allowed sub-standard products to be shipped to a customer (me).

RTA was helpful in providing a sample ASAP prior to cabinets shipping. Then I can go shopping for flooring and countertops. Great customer service.

Jared has been super amazing at helping me purchase additional items I've needed for my kitchen.

I do suggest speaking to whoever is going to install your cabinets to make triple sure everything works out.

1. Opening of doors so they don't hit the way or another side piece.
2. How to finish the island.
3. Layout changes in case things don't fit.
4. Additional kick boards or sides in case someone cuts wrong!!

All in all, I'm super happy with my kitchen!!

I love the cabinets. Jared was so helpful and patient with me in choosing the correct cabinets to fit my kitchen layout. The cabinets arrived faster then expected.. unfortunately 2 panels arrived damaged.. Jared executed executive professionalism in getting replacements sent to me in order to finish my install.. I highly recommend Jared and RTA for your cabinets.

The professionalism exemplified by this company is far above most online retailers. It truly was a joy to do business with them and I look forward to using them in the future for any of my cabinet needs.

This site is an amazing opportunity to get quality products at almost wholesale prices. The customer service was excellent as well. I would recommend going through RTA direct over the big box stores.
