Didn't take my waiting payment from bank then cancelled lay-by due to un available funds!!!!!!. Then take money from my balance re fees lol !!!!!!!

Hi I have been using my layby for a few years now , It is the best site ever invented, I tell all my clients to jump on and have a look and they are also impressed. The customer service is absolutely amazing , When I have sent emails I get a response extremely quickly .
Thankyou for the wonderful service I will keep using this and I will also recommend everyone I know .

Looking at your order your payment plan was completed smoothly and in line with your initial request and your order was delivered 4 business days after your final payment which is well within our standard time frame. I would welcome further conversations with you so we can get to the bottom of what has gone wrong. We hate to think of a customer being dissatisfied.
