MyLoque レビュー

I ordered a baseball bat steering wheel lock, took them about a month to ship it, they texted me that they were sorry about it taking so long and they would compensate it by giving some free stuff. Okay no problem then it takes 2/3weeks to see that there was an error with delivery and it is returned to the seller? I mail them, text them. No reply’s anymore. I want my money back, don’t buy anything here people! They don’t reply on the customers and then your money is gone. Be careful with ordering here!

I ordered a lock a month ago received nothing. Emailed three times. No reply. Bunch of chancers.

Stay away. Purchased a lock in 12 August and its 19 October and I haven't received the order. In September,Someone claiming to be owner sent a long message saying order will be dispatched in next 48 and promised to rectify the situation but still nothing. Then the same person contacted again after several messages for asking for full refund, again was told it will be process in 48hours but it never happened. Now he doesn't answer the phone or messages or email. Cant even get my money back.Sounds more like a scammer or fraud company to me. Asking my bank to intervene or go to the financial ombudsman. If you value your money stay away

Absolutely terrible service once the lock came a month late it had rust on it. Was promised a refund on delivery now being ignored now it’s arrived

Vraiment pas bien. Reçu un produit tout rouillé et pas de réponses à mes messages et aucune indemnisation partielle
Je déconseille vraiment !

Do not buy from this company! Product is poor quality and just damages the steering wheel.

Ordered for my dad’s jeep . Very impressed. Good lock plus trendy . Good communication from company . Will be ordering mine and my partner s once i decide what colour to wrap my car so I can get it matching . Top notch service

Best customer service in the game helped me with my steering wheel lock replacement and given me discount too.

Quality of the lock is really good.

Te duur bestellen product buiten de EU.

The item I received looks used, also don't use with alcantara steering wheel as it damages.

The most helpful team ever, the product itself is absolutely amazing, colour is beautiful and gives the car such a beautiful touch considering it’s a safety feature. The team was so amazing to communicate with, they kept me up to date on everything and were only ever a message away, thank yous again!

Great product with the steering wheel baseball bat lock. Quick and easy to use offering great protection. Reasonable priced with quick delivery. Can also be customised. Highly recommended.

I recently made a few purchases from MyLoque and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless and professional.

The quality of the steering wheel lock is outstanding — it feels incredibly sturdy, well-built, and clearly designed with both security and style in mind. I love the customisation options, which let me choose a look that matches my car perfectly. It’s not just a security device, it actually adds to the aesthetic.

Delivery was smooth, and the customer service team was responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure I was satisfied. You can tell this is a brand that takes pride in both their product and their customers.

If you’re looking for premium vehicle security that stands out from the rest, I highly recommend MyLoque.

Been using MyLoque for a number of years now. The products are great and service is next level. a great way to add additional security to your vehicle.

Very helpful and clear with the returns process

Communication was terrible, product received and after 2 uses was stuck in steering wheel, messaged to tell them how bad it was and message has been read but no answer, product is cheap and tacky don’t bother

Great product and very easy to use and looks really good on the wheel doesn’t look stupid or out of place, very good quality and would highly recommend and use again, definitely makes you feel more confident and peace of mind that your car is that little bit more secure
