Magic Wand brand is one of the worsts. I bought wand with was sensed to Europe. After 5 month one of the buttons was broken. I started the warranty claim. I got message from Magic wand that the warranty is only for USA. And I need to go to Amazon. Amazon said that after 180 days they cant do anything and I need to contact the producer again. Now they wont response the mails. And the fake phone number is only to let you know that they gave website or you cal record message. There is nobody with can help you. I fought that if I buy American brand I get good product and service. No way people. Better to buy Chinese. That care way more about clients. And there is nothing that the warranty works only in USA. It just cheating clients. Be ware people.

Received the wand which never worked. The bottom fell off and it wouldn’t charge.

I then talked to their customer service dept that said I’d get a refund. Nothing happened then they asked me to send it back (not mentioned originally) then offered a 50% refund and then they just stopped replying.

Rip-off merchants with a terrible product. Avoid!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I have placed an order nearly 5 weeks ago and they still haven’t bothered their ass shipping. Asked for a refund and still haven’t received. Got an email back saying they will escalate shipping. 5 days later still in sorting waiting to be shipped. Steer clear of this company

After a long delay, I recieved the product. The charge (from a tiny USB cord) lasts for about a minute. There were 4 actual flashes produced, all weak & never leaving the tube tip- none since.
There is no website, let alone any support.
If they could be contacted, I'd demand a refund...

BIG SCAM! I DIDNT RECEIVED MY WAND AND AFTER 3 MONTHS THEY STILL NOT SEND MY REFUND. THINKING TO GO TO POLICE.

placed an order in november and it still hasn’t arrived. money down the drain. what a waste

I got my wand and it works perfect. But it took about 1.5 month to arrive.

I ordered the wand on december 1st and it is now january 26th and it stil has not arrived. I'm startig to think this is a scam to take my money. Do not buy this product. It's a waste of money. They won't send you anything. It's a total scam.

This is a total SCAM. I never received my wand even after “Angie” emailed me about the status. DO NOT ORDER!!!

Was given the wand as a present only to open it up and it not charge nor work at all complete waste so not waste your time or energy with this company bc you can’t get a refund or do a return

The wand did take more than twice as long as it said to get here but it did arrive and works great. International shipping from Japan to USA took 35 days for me

I got it for my sister, and it did come very very late. I bought it around the 14th of December and just received it today. It took us a bit to figure it out, but for anyone wondering, you must dry the paper before using it.

Wand doesn't work and they won't reply to messages. Came weeks late. Scam

The magic is my money disappeared and the wand doesn't work. I ordered said wand on November 25th. There was a 7-12 business day guarantee. My order arrived in January. It arrived and was BROKEN. I ordered extra sheets of paper and that did not happen. I then went to the website to inquire about a return etc and I received no response. I have now emailed again as their return policy is 30 days and I am still waiting on the response. NOW THE WEBSITE IS GONE.. WTH! If I get a FULL refund I will alter this review!

** UPDATE** after demanding a return label I’ve been told to expect a refund within 10 days but was never sent a return label so we’ll see if that’s true or not

This website is a scam. I ordered well over a month ago and never received the order. The website is now shut down.

Got tracking numbers has been over a month website has dissaperd also my money total scam do not buy from them hopefuly site gets taken down.

Ordered a month ago. Still havent got it. Says it got to the U.S. 5 days ago but still says "in transit".. SCAM

I been waiting over a month now I haven’t got my order yet the tracking is probably fake the package doesn’t move now when I want to check on my order it says the website is closed that is a total scam do NOT BUY FROM THAT WEBSITE i hope I can get my money back thru PayPal

Total scam!! I got an email with an track and trace code.. been waiting for 2months now.. first I got some updates then after some time that stopped. So I checked te track and trace again and for some reason they have send it back to China?! Why?! I never got an email from a Dutch postal service or anything... I emailed them.. no response. Don't buy here!!
