This is the second time I have used this service within a few years and have been incredibly happy with the service. My Psychologist has been good
My Psychologist has been good, validating my emotions and supporting me to share and understand how to cope with these strong feelings. The company initially didnât send through email for my first session but it was worked through quickly and has been great since. I like how I can visually see my session notes and results from the weekly questionnaires to see how my anxiety, stress and depression change over time.
