Very happy with morningowl purchase of Orthopaedic mattress. Good quality and great service

I was in search for a mattress and after both online and offline research, I thought Morning Owl might be a good option. There is no option to experience the product so I contacted the helpline to understand if the 100 day trial would be applicable to a customized mattress. Took a long time to confirm on this. I also decided to place an order for a pillow so that I could get a feel of the product before placing the mattress order. More than a week after the order was placed, when I checked the status on Delhivery, it showed that the shipment was cancelled. (No intimation from morning owl ). After mailing the company, I finally got the pillow. Not the seamless shopping experience, we are used to with other e-commerce players. Not sure about ordering the mattress. Will update if I decide on the mattress.
Changing review to 5 star because of the response and the smooth mattress delivery experience . The mattress was custom size yet was delivered in super quick time. Looks like the earlier issue was an anomaly.

As I felt back pain during my sleep,i prefer natural latex bed.I gone through various web and selected morning owl and purchased 6×6×8inch 2nos and it's most comfortable one now.Thanks to morning owl.

I did a lot of research and then ordered Morning Owl Natural latex Mattress and Pillows.

Initially, was under confusion, whether it will be good and comfortable? After using it ​almost more than 4 months, I now confidently recommend it. The comfort level, feel, handling, quality everything is superb. I really liked it.

I now get sound sleep and get up in the morning with peace of mind.

It's really nice product.

I have never bought a bed in my life as my parents use to take care of that. Now it's my turn to take their role and to take care of them and also the everyone's at home.
First time I did a lot of background reseat for 30 days and understood what type of bed is good for spine and health then finally understood that Latex is best at its properties to heal and also to provide the soothing affect to the person who is sleeping.

Now decided to buy latex mattress and did looked at many mixed or combo options available in the market as (latex top layer, latex as 1 inch, hybrid of latex and foam, latex and coir) etc after researching many options with their quality of latex procurements and also on price they are charging along with warranty, I have choosen a reputed complete latex bed at a way higher price than my budget. Later on continued to go for it and took few quotes as well, all of a sudden I saw a pop up as an advertisement on my browser and started exploring about Morning Owl and googled a lot about them and spoke to them to understand the clear rules of them. After talks I was convinced for the quality but I still had price in my mind, and asked about the price and I was astonished at the price they offer for the pure and high quality latex and decided to go with them. Still I was doubtful for the online transaction of such a huge amount that to I don't even know this brand and people. I asked my Kerala friends to enquire about them and they said it is true and there is such place they mentioned in website and beds are sold there. Then I calm down and went ahead and spoke to
Nicholas who was very helpful and nice guy and later spoke to his boss Johnson who was even more nicer.

Finally after 12 days I got my bed delivered and due to pandemic I opened 4 days after delivery and got disappeared on the pillows sent as I preferred something and what I received was different. Then Johnson immediately jumped into the scene and he dispatched the preferred ones without any delay.

Finally I am enjoying the bed to fullest and it worth to buy latex mattress and at this density I even feel comfortable for my spine and now sleeping without any back disturbances that I had while using rubberize coir.

My 4 year old daughter loves this and she enjoys her sleep.

Amazing product at amazing price and good warranty terms and trustworthy too..

Purchased for my father who had spine problem.. It's gives really good comfort and support to the spine.. Had turned out to be the best purchase as the with other mattresses he had frequent back pain.. Excellent quality by morning owl.

I recently bought a new bed and was looking for a high quality, comfortable natural latex rubber mattress. I zeroed down on Morning Owl after a lot of research. A great company with a great product! Completely worth the investment. Highly recommended! And the beat part is it is it is made in India!

My Children enjoys lot and feels like Jelly after removing the cover of pillow. My wife and I both suffer from intermittent backaches and consequently prefer medium to firm mattresses. Moving in with my parents in early 2020, we have spent the last year managing a newborn and a new place and making an uneasy peace with our traditional cotton mattress. Unfortunately, this compromise didn't end well. First, after we both got hit with the dreaded disease, we quickly realized just how badly we had missed good rest. Then, even more unfortunately, the ensuing mattress search left our backs screaming and our pockets floating. There are also two barely-used queen-size mattresses sitting in our garage as a sordid reminder of those post-COVID months. Since then, we have been using a squished, hand-me-down coir mattress. Which has mushed down just enough to avoid suspicions about what it actually may be - a plyboard covered in foam!

Anyway, one night, somewhere beyond my daughter's 2 am fit, I found Morning Owl. It seemed cool. Natural latex. 100 nights trial(!). Though, having been burnt twice, we couldn't get ourselves to commit to the mattress despite the assurances. So instead, we have now owned the Hard (ILD 40) Morning Owl Natural Latex Topper for a little over two weeks. Both my wife and I cannot remember when either of us last slept this well. The 2-incher on top of our plyboard-disguised-as-a-mattress has done what 6-inchers have failed to come close to.

Key points:
- The topper provides excellent support for both side sleepers (me) and back sleepers (my wife), making our pillows seem more effective somehow.
- The latex doesn't smell at all – we napped on the mattress within 15 minutes of unpacking it!
- The latex is unbelievably well ventilated. My back did not sweat. And reportedly, I even toss and turn less as the first comfortable position seems to stay that way through the night.
- The edges hold well when I'm sitting on the edge. This has been toddler tested.
- The top cover is soft and well stitched. Also, toddler tested.

My wife and I have ended our search. We have deleted our excel files comparing mattress features. We have also deleted our saved bookmarks on mattresses we were going to try next. We intend to do a full durability test (~6 months), and if this thing holds, we have no doubt where our next mattress(es) will come from.

Have been using the mattress for about six months now.. It's really good and comfortable. Very much satisfied with the purchase.

I have been using the Luxurious Natural Latex Mattress 8" for the last six months. The mattress is soft and provides good restful sleep. Even during the summer months the mattress did not get too hot and was quite comfortable. However, the free Shredded Pillows provided alongwith the mattress is a bit too bulky.

The online purchase and delivery was in good time. The 15 year Warranty enhances a genuine confidence and belief in the value of this product. I would recommend it to one and all of all ages to go for it.

I am writing this review after using it for around 6 months. Morning Owl latex mattress are awesome. I had many doubts before buying a latex mattress because of its high cost. But after doing a comprehensive research on latex mattresses I decided to go for it and opted for Morning Owl latex mattress. I didn't feel back pain, uncomfortable sleep or any other issues with this mattress. It's very comfortable, far better than any other type of mattresses, and gives a nice sleep. I recommend this to all.

Great quality beds and Pillows! Have been using their mattress and pillows for more than 2 years now. No complaints at all! Bed has great stability and hasn't developed any cracks or hasn't bent. Backache has reduced significantly! Great product overall! Will be ordering soon for my siblings and parents!

I ordered the morning owl natural matress for my queen size bed on 08th July 2021. I really wanted a matress which is durable and comfortable to sleep. After many research I dumped the idea of buying memory foam matress and go with the natural latex matress. I was very sceptical about the quality of the matress. But to my surprise the the purchase decision of mine is excellent. Till now I have been ver happy with the quality of the matress. It gives proper support and proper bouncy feeling and the quality of my sleep is improved quite a bit. I consult with Morning Owl customer support team for purchase related query and they advised me to go with the medium firm matress. I am really happy with my purchase decision. The overall experience with morning Owl is quite good. The support team explained neatly over phone. They did not over promise anything. They delivered the product on time as committed by them. Their packaging also very good. In the first order while the courier company delivered there was a slight tear in the outer cover of the package. Luckily there was no damage for the product. I gave them my feedback regarding this issue. In my second order they have added a outer cartoon box so that the gunny bag doesnt get damaged due to packing.

Since vaccum packing was done, the package was compact. They are offering 15 years warranty. Lets see how many years the bed comes.
