The overall experience with morning Owl is quite good. The support team explained neatly over phone. They did not over promise anything. They delivered the product on time as committed by them. Their packaging also very good. In the first order while the courier company delivered there was a slight tear in the outer cover of the package. Luckily there was no damage for the product. I gave them my feedback regarding this issue. In my second order they have added a outer cartoon box so that the gunny bag doesnt get damaged due to packing.

Since vaccum packing was done, the package was compact. They are offering 15 years warranty. Lets see how many years the bed comes.

We got Morning Owl 4inch Latex Mattress after checking the reviews online. After using it could feel the comfort of latex mattress. It also helped to reduce the backpain issue.
Unlike traditional mattresses, these latex mattress are very comfortable.. 😊👍

I put my first public review on 15th Aug and send email as suggested by Morning owl on 25th Aug and on 11 Sept I received my mattress what a customer service even you wont get this kind of service from top companies all over world.

Story does not stop here for their customer obsession , just after receiving the mattress I had a accident so was not able to return old mattress in a week as per their request and i had to shift to My native place so was not able to return it for 8 month ,today i packed it and sent an email for return pick up.

Once again I would like to thank Morning owl for keeping their 25 year promise and changing it 2nd time ,we all learn with the time so I guess that's why I received 80 density mattress this time to avoid sagging in future.

I would say nobody can beat their customer service and warranty support in any segment not only in mattress and pillows.

I am using Morning owl 6 Inc pure latex Mattress since Feb 2020 ,having size 72''*78" and firmness is 6.5 ,they gave 25 year warranty later on they have reduced to 15 years for new customers, I would share positive and negative point for the same.
Positive point :- Fabric is very good , Latex is dual protected by pure cotton inner cover and removable Tencel cover which is an Eco-friendly fabric made out of Eucalyptus Tree which gives you luxurious feel. This is removable so you can remove and wash it.
Firmness is 6.5 so it is very soft.
Customer care is good , Originally I purchased this in Oct 2019 with 25 year warranty and 90 days trial period but after 3 month use it become uneven from right and left side so there is slop created from middle to right and left because we sleep at right and left and our baby sleep in middle so due to different weight it become uneven(pressed from left and wright) , when i contacted customer care they said it is due to moisture absorbed by latex during manufacturing and they replaced it.
It does not generate any heat even in summer as this pure latex mattress.
Negative point :- Even with replaced mattress i started facing uneven from middle to left and wright after 7 to 8 month but i have not raised complaint due to pandemic.
In sometime i will raise a complaint and share my feedback on second complaint with customer care and whether they would be able to give permanent fix this time.
I would again update my review with rating based on my complaint response from Morning owl customer care not sure this time they will repair or replace.
reason for 3 rating is facing issue 2 times otherwise I am happy with mattress and would have given 5 rating without any doubt.
For me it looks like it might be happening due to 6.5 firmness if somebody else is using same mattress and facing same issue please let me know in comments and if you are using same firmness mattress from other company and facing the same issue let me know in comments so i can confirm my understanding about firmness.

We were looking for Latex mattress as we already had one latex mattress from Foams India and were satisfied with the product. Enquired with Foams India and they were not ready to match the discount provided by My Morning Owl. As there was 100 day Free Trial and Return with no questions asked, we ordered Morning Owl Firm Orthopedic Natural Latex Mattress 78"x60" 6 Inches, Thickness on Jan 7th 2021. We are extremely happy with the product. We also got two mattress free with the order. Service is extremely good. I also suggested my cousin to buy this product. They have purchased the same product and they are also extremely happy with product. So, I suggest everyone looking for latex mattress or suffering from back pain to go for this product with complete trust as this is the best product available in the market.

I am writing this review after using Morning Owl Firm Orthopedic Natural Latex Mattress for more than 4 months. My experience so far is very good. Since this mattress had density of 90 it is not too soft not too firm. It provides good support while we sleep. My husband used to complain about backache earlier which is a little better now but not completely gone. Mattress does not cure the problem but gives enough support for right posture while sleeping. So far there has been no complains, no sagging. I would recommend this variant of mattress if you need better support or you have any back pain issues due to bad posture.

I enjoyed the topper and pillows I bought from u .after my treatment and now I get better sleep in morning owl . my wife suffering from cervical spondylitis too feel better thank you morning owl..

I and my sister have been using Morning Owl latex topper for about 6 months now and I must say that it has made a big difference to the sleep quality. After months of research about mattresses like memory foam, bonded form, mix of those, latex mattress, layered mattress , Indian and international reviews of Latex, eco friendly non-toxic material.
Finally settled on Morning Owl's 6 inch Latex mattress and bought in Aug 2020. Team was very helpful and was prompt in response to my numerous questions.

Recommended to my sister and she bought mattress in May 2021 and apparently Morning Owl has introduced a slighter harder mattress compared to mine. They just loved it. I have to check because I felt mine is a little softer when u move on the mattress but while sleeping it feels firm and comfortable.

I reviewed the web site information of many mattresses manufacturing companies. But I am more assured and happier with the mattress information of Morning Owl from their website. Good information on mattress material and properties, Quality assurance, Customer satisfaction- 100 nights free trial, free delivery and return policy, 15 years warranty, discounts, good customer reviews and friendly interaction with customer on call. All this positivity enabled me to buy a mattress from Morning Owl.
I purchased a King size 6 inch. thick Orthopedic Latex mattress from Morning Owl in the month of December 2020. I am a senior citizen needing a good back support. For me and my wife the Latex mattress was all comfortable and excellent for any side sleeping. I found the mattress was little inconvenient for my back sleep due to a feeling of more bouncing back pressure and less support to hip. But my wife was fully comfortable for all sleep modes including stomach sleep. I think the firmness would have been a little more to support my back adequately.
This experience ultimately made me return the mattress after about 70 days of usage. Customer care understood my problem from my writings and discussions and I was looking for a solution from them. They are highly customer friendly and they suggested me to opt for a HR foam & Latex composite mattress as special case from their legacy products. The new mattress was supplied in April 2021. I am using the mattress past 4 months. It is comfortable for all sleep modes and supportive for back sleep. However, comfort point of view full Latex mattress is still superior in my opinion.
Here I like to draw some points from my experience of buying a mattress.1) Selecting a mattress suiting to one's body is not an easy job particularly for elderly people.2) For elderly, orthopedic mattresses are more appropriate as they are configured to provide better support and comfort.3) I read many reviews, articles on mattresses before buying. It was much helping to understand what it suits me and not to get confused.
To simplify the matter, I like to recommend elderly to go for only orthopedic mattresses irrespective of material. I like to select a material based on its shape retaining characteristics, firmness and coolness. I consider Natural Latex of Morning Owl is a trusted material with all these characteristics.

I have bought this mattress which very comfortable and it just adjusts to ur shape of the body which ever way you sleep. I have used 3 company mattresses but I didn't feel this comfort.I say go for it,worth every penny spent.

I had shortlisted Morning owl after doing a lot of research on mattress for my personal use. I was apprehensive at first considering that they are a relatively new, unknown brand. However the user experience shared by a few other customers made me go all in here, and I must say i love the experience with this bed.

My previous bed was a memory foam one from a premium range and this one beats it hands down. The mattress is just the right amount of softness as I like it. My sleeping has never been better than this. There are of course a couple of small grouches i have, the bed is very heavy (have the king size version with me) and there's a smell that took some time to fade away.

The product comes neatly packed in and comes with a 100 day return policy(i don't think I will give it back though). Overall a very good buy.
