Garment undersize...ordered large more like medium/small. Poor quality. No UK industry labels only one in Chinese which AI interpreted as technical stuff about the machine it was knitted on and material used.NEVER USE THIS COMPANY DESPITE THEIR ADVERTISING WHICH MAKES THEM LOOK LEGITIMATE. REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS.

Absolute scam. Items poor quality and you can’t return items . They have ignored all of my email. Avoid ! Items are terrible quality

Scammers!!
masquared as a UK company then items take forever as come from china. Then you try to contact to return the oredr following there policy and they do not answer. The inital email address bounces back but the one ending .nl seems to go but never respond. so now stuck with an order that are not fit for purpose and out of pocket.

Received a jacket which i wanted to return for an exchange, after lots of emails, they didn't get back to me.
So now have a jacket which is not fit for purpose.

If I could give less than one star I would.
Awful company. Do not make the mistake I did. Ordered item over a month ago, no sign of it. No update on tracking. No reply from customer service email. No phone number. Having to make a claim via my bank to gain a refund! THIS COMPANY NEEDS CLOSING DOWN.

WHY CAN YOU CHAINA NOT GET THE SIZES RIGHT GOT 2 COATS OF YOU THAT COST ME £88 POUNDS AND THE ARMS IN BOTH COAT ARE TO SHORT BY 5 INCHES SO I WOULD A RETURN THEM TO BUT I NEED A RETURN LABEL SO IT COST A LOT OF MONEY TO SEND THEM BACK SO THIS COMPANY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OF BIG TIME MR D CURTIS .

No order has arrived after spending £44 pounds on 2x jumpers and the emails address is fake got email back saying ypur email has not been sent as no email domain was found. No indication from website that shipping would be a month as coming from China. No communication and would not have ordered if I had known

DO NOT BUY! They profess 100% Cashmere and it is anything but that! The sweater came with no tags or markings. It is a nylon/polyester sweater that does not even look good. The customer service is unresponsive. They want you to pay for return shipping which is astronomical to China.

1 star, because will not allow no stars. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any retailer. This company are clearly not professional in any way. Unbelievably awful quality items, sent late, in awful condition. NO refund possibilities. Radio silence when try to contact. Do not make the mistake I did!!

Over a month and still waiting for delivery with no update whatsoever.Probably got scammed,but never again buying anything from any company until i checked feedbacks and reactions

I wish I had read all of these reviews before I ordered this cheap mess. I spent almost $300 and none of it was as shown. They are not responding to me at all.
Just as people are saying, this company is not UK based. The junk came from China. The site says unless they approve the return it will not be accepted. Well, it doesn't look as if I am going to get any response. Buyer beware

I regret my purchase.
The size of Men's XL jumper which I bought from this website fits a size 12 female but too long for a female. It was supposed to be made of cashmere but it is impossible to know what it is! There is no label on the garment to say what it is made of and no washing instructions or size. I will have to give it away to a charity shop as it does not fit anyone that I know.
The parcel looked suspicious as there was no paper documentation who and where it was sent from.

Ordered a coat on the 1st Feb at a cost of £52.00. Arrived on the 16th Feb. Ordered a size large but it seems more like a extra small. Also noticed that the labels inside had been cut out. I did not realise when i placed the order that the coat was coming from China. I wish i had read the reviews before ordering from this company. It is not worth the hassle and cost to return it and the quality is so poor it is only fit for the trash bin.

This is a terrible company and would warn you to not buy anything from them..... they are scammers!! I bought a coat which was supposed to be warm waterproof and stylish ... it was flimsy and of very poor quality and was not as described so I asked for a refund. They said i had to return it to an address in China and had to pay for tracking and shipping cost.. they also said that they would not give refund if the tags were not on ... the coat never had any tags on when I received it in its original package! I have emailed them several times to ask about this and have had no response !!
They clearly have no intention of giving refunds and have lied about everything and have totally mislead and conned me into buying a totally substandard item. They lead you to believe they are made in Netherlands but China is where I have been told to send it!! VERY SUSPECT !!

Disgusting, order 3 coats for trying different sizes wanted to return them as stated water proof , they weren't they were cheap rubbish from china. no respsonse to numerous emails cant return now £100 down, disgrace of a "company"

Ik had een regenjas besteld en speciaal een grotere maat besteld, omdat je er weleens een truitje onder draagt. Veel te klein geleverd.
Meteen contact opgenomen dat de kwaliteit zeer slecht was en de jas veel te klein.
Eerst kreeg ik de tip om de jas open te dragen. Ja ja, een regenjas.
Toen ik daar niet akkoord mee ging en het adres vroeg waar de jas naartoe retour gestuurd moest worden, want een adres was nergens te vinden, kreeg ik bericht dat ze hem niet terugnamen en ik geen geld terug kreeg.
Ik had dus binnen een dag na ontvangst gereageerd, maar kreeg nul op rekest.
Schandalig, dit is pure oplichting. Koop er nooit! Wees gewaarschuwd.

My experience was similar to the other reviewers. The BBC programme Rip of Britain on Tuesday 27 Jan 2025, revealed that there are many similarly manufactured goods being sold on line, from what looks like UK sources. The website had no indication of the origin of the coat I bought. The head office was stated as being located in London. The coat I ordered was for myself with the size I am usually confident fits me (note they don't provide measurements of what their sizing actually means). The website page displaying my item detailed items could be returned without reason. Accessing their terms for return made no reference to a return to China.
The coat was far too small for me and the quality was not I expected.
After much chasing for a response to my email request for a return and providing photos to demonstrate it was in its original condition, I was eventually told I would have to return the item to China via a tracked source. Upon their receipt they would decide if a refund was due. The cost of return made it inappropriate to return. I contacted Halifax Visa to detail my experience. Their view was that the company hadn't done anything contrary to Visas rules. They did say that if I returned the goods and the costs were closed to my purchase price, they might be able to help. I wasn't prepared to take the risk of doubling my losses.
