John Hu from My Odyssey Tours provided the greatest trip of a lifetime for us through Nepal, India and Sri Lanka. From the initial planning stages he provided excellent advice and ideas. The itinerary covered the major sites. It was comprehensive but also allowed relaxation time at each new hotel/city. Every question I asked was promptly answered. Then the tour, well, it went like clockwork. Throughout the trip he would email and check everything was going ok. I would have no hesitation in recommending My Odyssey Tours and will certainly be engaging their services for our next trip. Thank you again and again John for not just doing your job but for caring in a very friendly fashion that our wants and needs were met. Our expectations were exceeded.

We booked with My odyssey tours for a trip in January to Egypt. Unfortunately, we had cancel last minute as my dad fell ill. Vicky was super helpful and was able to rearrange our trip for April with a minimal cost. We just came back from Egypt and had an excellent time. The guides and drivers were all spectacular. I highly recommend my odyssey tours and am already planning my next vacation!

We have just returned from a fantastic 25 day tour of Nepal, Bhutan and India arranged by Odyssey. The service experienced, from start to finish, has been of a very high standard and nothing was too much trouble for our agent John Hu, along with our drivers and guides at each destination.

John always replied promptly to our questions and tailored our itinerary to our individual needs, offering helpful suggestions when required. His professionalism and attention to detail enabled us to arrange our trip with minimal stress and, when unavoidable adjustments to our itinerary were required, following cancelled flights by the airline, John offered us timely alternatives to consider.

We had a very full programme including 12 flights. On arrival at each airport we were met by an Odyssey Representative and driver who welcomed us and told us a bit about the area as well as discussing our itinerary on the drive to the hotel.

All our guides were very knowledgeable and took time to explain things clearly. We were also very well looked after by our drivers, who were friendly and helpful and always appeared promptly despite the heavy and often chaotic traffic. The comfortable cars, air conditioning and bottles of water were certainly very welcome following our sightseeing stops.

On a few occasions during our trip we were contacted by area managers to check that we were happy with everything and John also emailed us to enquire how the trip was going.

We've used My Odyssey Tours for trips in China and Peru and highly recommend them to anyone not wanting to travel in a group but not wanting the hassle of figuring things out on your own. All services -- drivers, guides, coordinators etc -- are perfect. Having a private English-speaking knowledgeable guide at important sites like the Terra Cotta Army in China or Machu Picchu in Peru is PRICELESS!!, and having private drivers/vehicles is soooo nice. All accommodations, transportation and provided meals were great. I can't stress enough how much more you get out of your travel if everything is taken care of and you can just marvel at and enjoy the country. And since you work with Odyssey to set up your itinerary you can also program in as much "time on your own" as you want. We're looking at future travel locations not because they are high on our bucket list, but because we can go there with My Odyssey Tours. They are the BEST!!!

Trip to India, mother and daughter trip of a lifetime. Allison was my travel agent and she was superb. We exchange tons of emails, made various trip adjustment. She was so sweet, patient, understanding and always helpful with suggestions. I could not possible ask for a better travel agency to book my trip. We recently travelled to Egypt and booked our tour through Egypt with Odyssey. They were a pleasure to work with on the whole trip. Mason Li was our booking agent. He was detailed and quick at setting up an agenda for our group. When we had additional people who were joining us part way through, he just smoothly made it happen. And when we had flight changes, he quickly adjusted that as well.
Once we arrived in Egypt, we were taken care of from the moment we got off the plan and we’re safely returned to our departure.
The guide that travelled with us (Mohammed Attia), was exceptionally informed, made sure we only ate at places that were safe for us, and was a ton of fun.
I have no problems recommending the Odyssey team and will certainly work with them again.

In search of a reputable and reliable China tour, we came across Odyssey Tours with great reviews. We started communicating with our Travel Consultant Susan Su.

So far her services have been well above expectation. Susan has been prompt answering our concerns, putting us as ease and alleviating the anxiety that comes with traveling to a foreign land. She has been acting like a friend that we didn’t have in China.

Have done 2 tours with My Odyssey Tours. We did Vietnam and Cambodia 2 years ago and have just done 2 weeks in India. The tours are very well organised, totally flexible and personalised. Hotels are great and guides and drivers are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My Odyssey Tours will always be our first choice.

Alick Peng helped me organize a private tour for eight of us. All seasoned travelers. Prior to this experience none of us had ever heard of Odyssey Unlimited Tours. When we departed San Francisco I was more than a little concerned about what we would find at our first stop. No need to worry. The hotels were very good, the meals and excursions were excellent. There was one tour guide in Bangkok that wasn't quite up to par (one day only). But, the rest of the guides were top notch. The group was very pleased with the whole experience. Thank You Alick.

Just returned from a 10-day tour of India and I cannot praise Odyssey enough. The organisation of the tour was excellent, no problems whatsoever. Our driver (Jaswant) was excellent. The guides were very good and interesting.

Our experience was wonderful, smooth and easy with lots of recommendations that were very nice to have a well rounded trip. Leo demonstrated great professionalism in answering my many questions. He was very accomadating and knowledgeable. The price he quoted was by far better than other tour companies.

I booked a tour with Roger Lee last week. It didn't matter what the question was, Roger answered in the upmost professional and customer friendly manner. I have travelled all over the world and used numerous touring sites before, but I have never had so much attention given to me by someone like Roger.
I am in the service industry here in Australian, and I have 1.75 million customers. I have already advised my friends, relatives and customers of using China Odyssey Tours.
I want to sincerely thank Roger for all the effort he put into organising my tour. And if he ever wants a job in Australia, he just needs to contact me.

I’m so glad I went through Odyssey tours for this trip. They made everything so easy and stress free. I loved how you had a say and could personalize your entire trip. Of course they give you a layout that’s prefilled with must-see things but it’s entirely up to you on what you see and do. all of our guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. Some weren’t as great as others but they did the job. I liked the fact that the total sum included our visas and also entry into any of the sights. The connecting flights from one country to another was seamless and there were no mishaps with any of the accommodations. I also like the fact that we could choose how high or low star of a hotel to stay at. We stayed at 3 star hotels which was perfect for us.
The only gripe I had was the 2 hour wait it took for us to go through immigration in Kathmandu. Would there be any way to improve this process and pre-complete our visa before we arrived like in India? Also a informative tip about exiting the Kathmandu airport would be great. There are people waiting to bring your bags to the car aggressively and expect a $20 tip?!. Yes this happened. We will be more than prepared next time If we return. But our initial arrival to Kathmandu was more or less very stressful and overwhelming besides the fact that the representative didn’t come to our aid to prevent these things from happening.
Also a tipping guide in each city would be great. Yes there is a tipping guide for the guide and driver but maybe a more in-depth guide would serve better. For instance in India everything (literally everything) runs with tip. It would be nice to know something like this so that we could be ready with small bills for tipping.

We have just returned from a wonderful tour of India and Nepal organised by Monica Mo at My Odyssey Tours. Monica was always on the end of an email during the planning stage, making many amendments to the itinerary until we were totally happy. Everything was well organised starting with being met at Delhi airport until our farewells in Kathmandu. Guides and drivers were all professional and couldn't be faulted. We always felt very safe with them. Do not think twice about booking with My Odyssey or making payment to China. We met many other tourists on our trip who had booked with Odyssey and were having a holiday of a lifetime. Thank You Monica and My Odyssey.

Excellent Tour Company!! Just got back from my 14 day Egypt, Jordan and Israel tour and it was very well planned out and executed package. Granted, the package was very full, squeezing as many sights and excursions as possible into the 14 days we had, but it worked out great because all the sights and places that we visited were all things I wouldn't have wanted to skip. We also had time to do a hot air balloon ride over the kings valley in Egypt and float in the Dead Sea in Jordan. The hotels we stayed at were all beautiful and included breakfast which was usually a nice buffet. The Cruise ship we sailed on and spent several nights on was also very beautiful, clean with excellent staff providing wonderful customer service. The private guides that took care of us in all 3 countries were all professional and knowledgeable, providing us with much insight on the history and stories about the sights and places we visited. Also, my tour consultant/travel agent Thomas, who helped me plan out this itinerary was very helpful and very responsive. It was easy to communicate with him via email, he got back to me and tried his best to answer all my questions and inquiries. Also, when I emailed him about possibly switching one of the hotels to one closer to the airport to save us driving time because we'd be checking in at night only to leave for airport early morning, he went ahead and changed the hotel and took care of all the extra fees. That was great customer service on his part acting on behalf of Odyssey tours so thank you Thomas! I highly recommend Odyssey Tours to whoever is looking for a well planned out and reasonably priced tour package!

We have just finished our 14 day tour of Thailand and I cannot thank My Odyssey tours and most importantly Mason Li for organizing the perfect trip for our family. We travelled with three children aged 9,10 and 11 and did not want the hassle of trying to figure out accommodation and transportation. Mason planned everything for us. We always had someone waiting for us at every airport and ferry terminal waiting to take us to the next stop. We never had to worry about where we were going and how to get there. We had a change in driver one day and Mason promptly advised us with the change. Our tour guides we met along the way were all so kind to us, especially Mr. Suriya in Bangkok. Thank you again Mason for planning the most perfect vacation for our family ever. The only hard part is how can we ever top this trip. We would definitely use My Odyssey tours again and would recommend them to anyone looking to book a trip.

This is our second time booking our Asian trip with Odyssey. Our first trip was amazing, and every detail was covered. Professional agents and the best guides and sites!! Our second agent, Nikki has been amazing, very professional, fast and understands our family needs. We are sure this second trip with our family will be unforgettable. We recommend Odyssey 100%.

the standard of odyssey travel is 110% the quality of the of the whole tour was brilliant from the organisation of flights punctuality of the drivers,guideswas perfect. the guides and drivers where excellant such freindly and knowledgeable persons. the driver and guide in saigon wher incredible i cannot praise odyssey and thank them enough.Monica who organised the whole trip was great even contacted on tour to check everthing was ok

The hotels were very good, clean, high class service with great facilities the best was Lemon Tree.
The drivers and guides were well spoken knowledgeble and very freindly.
Each visit we made was amazing, not to be compared with each other.
