At first I was concerned booking with an agency based in Asia could be risky, however our designated travel agent was excellent and went beyond to ensure the holiday matched our expectations. Friendly and reactive communication which is perfect for people with busy lives as everything was organized via email.

This trip was the second time we have used Odyssey and will not hesitate to use them again.

A great experience from the first contact with Queenie our Odyssey Tours travel consultant, to saying good bye to our driver Manoj at the airport. Our tour of 12 days was a whirlwind experience never to be missed. Tour of old Delhi was eye opening. Taj Mahal was breathtaking. Amber Fort inspiring. Ratan Vilas (Heritage Hotel) accommodation was top notch. Market shopping in Jodhpur was exhilarating. Udaipur was tranquil. The people were friendly and welcoming. Our driver Manoj was a gem, with lots of local knowledge, and always ready with answers to our questions, always helpful and friendly. (even had home remedies for Delhi Belly). Thanks Odyssey Tours for a fantastic tour. Can't wait to start planning our next trip to Asia.

Just completed my 3rd tour with Odyssey set up by Roger Lee. This trip was a week in Bhutan. Spent a week with a great guide Kinley. The highlight of the trip was the hike to Tigers Nest Monestary, which took about 5 hours roundtrip. This included an hour at the top. People get scared of the hike but I am 75 and had no problem - just take it slow and easy. Also had a great lunch in the country at our guide's parents house. Highly recommend Bhutan - no McDonalds, Starbucks etc

Our 9 day tour was put together for us by Mr Mason Li who managed to incorporate an amazing variety of experiences for us whilst visiting north Vietnam. We were lucky enough to have Mr Nam as our private tour guide who was able to teach us a lot about the Vietnamese culture and who was really informative on the many places we visited. He could not have been more knowledgeable or caring. , some of our favourite things were Sapa, the mausoleum where we saw Ho Chi Minh, a fabulous trip to Halong bay where we had a night on a luxury boat visiting the caves and Ti Top mountain, Ninh Binh to see the Pagoda and the temple not to mention Hanoi with its water puppet show and the amazing street food tour, the best Pho ever and if you've never tried egg coffee then you should its amazing! these our just a few of the things we did our tour was well organised and I have to say the hotel beds and pillows super comfortable. our driver Mr Zan was extremely competent in navigating the busy roads of Hanoi and also the winding roads up in the mountains.
Our tour guide back to the airport was the lovely Mr Tiem who came with us as Mr Nam was starting another tour that day and he even took us to the check in desk at the airport.

All in all we can recommend this tour highly enough and will definitely use Odyssey again

Last year on May I did a travel in China with my daughter with Odissey tour! The trip was amazing. They plan everything very both the timing and the places. A special mention is needed for our tour guide Davind in Goulin and Cindy at the Huangshang mountain. We recommend them for everyone who want to take a good travel with no stress.

All the arrangements were very good.Only our visit to Nagarkot was disappointing due to Bad roads.hence if we had known than we would not have gone to Nagarkot.

Our trip advisor was absolutely excellent working with us to get the right experiences in place before leaving. Monica was extremely responsive through the entire process, there was never more than 24 hours between responses which exceeded my expectations.
We had some questions about the expectations for guides early on and the issue was addressed immediately.
I would actually give them a 4.5 out of 5 and I would definitely use My Odyssey again. The only thing weighing into the score is several of the guides were not perfect for the way we liked to tour, but the company did try to accommodate us, which I appreciated.

Don and the entire staff at Odyssey Tours were amazing!!!! So organized and informative with everything we needed!

We were well supported at all our stops, the guides were excellent, and feedback during the tour was consistent. My only compaint is that we were assured of Wi Fi in our vans and it was sketchy at best.

I had a most wonderful 19-day tour of Morocco. Mohamed Nakil, my English-speaking driver, was the best: friendly, welcoming, informed, a safe and knowledgeable driver, a good sense of humor, and solicitous. Since it was just he and I for 19 days, I was delighted to find him to be a fun and even-tempered companion for the trip. With only one exception (in Casablanca), the hotels were superior (highest marks to those in Fez and Essaouira). Again, with only one exception (in Rabat), the local guides were terrific (highest marks to the guides in Chefchaouen and Essaouira).

I was thoroughly satisfied with this tour and would recommend Odyssey without reservation.

This is the 2nd trip Odyssey has planned for us. The first was to China for 2 of us and this trip to India was for 2 couples. All the arrangements were perfect from the Odyssey reps who met us in each city to the guides and the hotels that were selected. I am looking forward to using Odyssey again

From the start, my experience with Monica and Odyssey Tours was extremely positive. Monica was so timely and efficient in her responses and put together an incredible 2.5 week trip for our 2 couples.
Everything went seamlessly the entire trip from the Meet and Greet in each city to our wonderful guides, drivers, and hotels. Our itinerary took us to a variety of amazing experiences from 'glamping to upscale city stays. Our tiger safari in Bandhavgarh provided us with outstanding service at our Treehouse property and 2 separate tiger sightings.
This was a most memorable trip (from a very 'seasoned' traveler) and the hard work and attention to detail by Monica and Odyssey surpassed our expectations

My husband and I recently returned from a twenty-four day tour of South East Asia that included Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Viet Nam. Prior to booking the tour I worked extensively with Thomas Tang to customize the trip. Over the 5 or 6 months that I corresponded with him, Thomas always replied to my emails within 24 hours and was consistently professional, courteous, patient, and helpful. I never felt rushed or pressured into booking. Instead, Thomas advised us about what would be the best options for us. The tour absolutely was THE BEST! I cannot laud Thomas and Indochina odyssey enough for the caliber of service they provided. We had a fully customized tour with private drivers and guides throughout. Best of all, Thomas and Odyssey were "with us" at all times just as promised in their literature. Questions, requests, concerns were addressed immediately via email. We never felt alone as we traveled. The drivers were cautious and helpful, and the vehicles were meticulously maintained and very comfortable. Bottled water was always available and our driver (sorry, I do not know his name) in Siem Reap also provided us with ice cold wet towels after each temple tour. All of the guides were very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. As we travel extensively, I have come to distinguish between a great guide and an exceptional guide. That distinction is summed up in a word: intuitive. Mr. Quang in Hanoi, Mr. Le Nguyen in Hue and Hoi An, Mr. Sopheak in Siem Reap, and Ms. Sida (Noy) in Luand Prabang were exceptional. Each of these guides anticipated our needs and concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is traveling in their region of the world. Every transfer, event, performance, cruise, and tour was accomplished promptly and accurately. In fact, every component of the journey was executed flawlessly. The hotels were well located and absolutely magnificent. The restaurants that were included on our itinerary were varied, clean, and of the highest quality.
Thank you Thomas and Indochina Odyssey for fashioning an unforgettable touring experience for us. My one regret is that I did not find this company years ago. I look forward to using them again, and will certainly recommend their services to friends.

I have never been more pleased with a travel agency as I am with Odyssey. They are so accomidating with every request that was made. I worked with Liz Ling, she was marvelous. My next trip will definetly be through Odyssey and Liz in particular

Monica Mo and Odyssey have taken care of me for two of my trips so far and each time the service has been outstanding. There just is not enough good things I could say about my experience(s) with them. Monica makes me feel like I am her only customer and the speed with which she accomplishes my requests and responses to me are far superior to any other company I have ever worked with. I just wish that they covered every inch of the world because I would not hesitate to use them for all of my travels.

My husband and just returned from the 19 day tour to Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. We had researched many companies before choosing Odyssey and chose them in part based on past reviews. Eason W. our tour coordinator was helpful, knowledgeable, quick to answer us accommodate our requests! This gave us some confidence prior to departing. He told us to contact him immediately while we were on our journey to let him know of any issues so he could correct them en route. We were really blown away during the trip as everything was executed with such precision! The hotels were all fabulous (we chose the five star options) with superb comfort and amenities and gracious staff. They were all in easily accessible locations which allowed us to see other sights after tour hours. The guides were punctual, knowledgeable, kind and accommodating . All the lunch restaurants had been pre vetted by Odyssey for cleanliness. This was so important as it allowed us to try local foods with confidence that we would not get ill. All the local guides also knew the safe places to grab a local snack, iced coffee etc. The tour itself went without a hitch! All sights were well explained, we were able to take our time, ask questions etc. and at the end there was the driver waiting for us with cold water and a cool towel. We felt like we were in great hands with Odyssey and we met other couples along the way who shared our sentiments! I would definitely recommend this company and Eason as coordinator to anyone I know!

An excellent company with excellent and caring personnel at every phase of your trip from planning to execution. Every detail is covered, you are met upon arrival and accompanied throughout your excursion by excellent guides and drivers who go out of their way to insure a great experience. My luggage got lost and the Odyssey did everything they could to locate it and when it became obvious it was lost went out of their way to help me locate whatever I needed in terms of clothes and supplies to complete my trip. As I said, all details are expertly covered but it is your trip so there is a level of flexibility so you can deviate should something develop that peaks your interest. The accommodations selected could not have been better. Rest stops and restaurants are selected with care. I really cannot say enough about my wonderful experience and now consider the Odyssey personnel friends rather than contacts!!!!

We found the Odyssey Tours schedule very beneficial when traveling to an country we had never visited before. We enjoyed all the places we visited and this assisted us to gain a much better understanding of Morocco.
We thought that all of the guides for the tours were very knowledgable and helpful. Everyone of them had a good grasp of English, thus it was easy to understand their explanations.
Our driver was the highlight of our tour. He was helpful and took excellent care of us. He always had explanations for questions we had and helped us if there was a language barrier. He gave us options when stopping etc. We always had fun driving. He had a great sense of humour and was always able to add a story or two to help us understand the local culture etc. We learned so much about Morocco driving with him.
