We've been ordering from My Organic Formula for about six months now and have consistently had a great experience. We order Hipp German Ready to Feed Stage 1, and recently asked if they could ship to a couple of different addresses in Greece for our vacation. They were happy to accommodate the request and made the whole process easy. The team is genuinely helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a formula company that actually takes care of its customers.

I bought four cans of Kendamil, and the first one I opened already smelled strange. I fed my child with it for a whole day, and he threw up in a fountain-style manner and had diarrhea the entire time. Never happened before. I suspected the milk was the culprit, so I tried it myself and it tasted incredibly sour. I’m certain it went bad, likely due to improper storage. I threw all four cans away. I definitely won’t be buying from this company again. Mama, choose a trustworthy company for your child’s health!

The formula was amazing during such a dynamic and stressful time with my little one. Knowing that he was getting such great, dependable nutrition gave me peace of mind. Ordered our formula quite a few times from this company. Once n awhile they would throw in a freebie RTF. Ran into an issue once where seal was punctured and customer service was fabulous, providing a few options of my choosing. Will definitely recommend and order again for next baby if needed.

Fast delivery and great price and product

The website is comprehensive and easy to navigate. The work has been done for me and any questions I had were answered promptly and with care. Delivery was fast and reliable.
