This is a scam. No idea how there is anything more than a 1 star assuming fake reviews as it’s quite a well organised scam. Like a lot of people, paid weekly, got to point of getting items, couldn’t get hold of them, charged back through bank. Massive waste of time. No clue how they are still operating.

I have paid my deposit for a carpet and have been trying since October to contact these people for a fitting appointment however now both numbers seem to be unavailable and I'm still £220 out of pocket very disappointed with the service all I want back now is my money my next port of call is trading standards

Took at least a grand from my mum, paying for flooring and a couch. Flooring was for hall , living and dining room and only hallway got done. Wouldn’t even say it was 2/4 done as hallway isn’t big.

By the looks of other reviews and looking into it the company knew how much financial trouble they were in yet still taking money knowing people would never get a refund.

Thank god the company is shut down

they have over a thousand pounds of my cash wished I checked them out on the government website did it a couple of weeks ago and it looks like past and present directors are bent they knew in 2019 they were going under but still took our money

All these reviews about a company that has went into liquidation, read the website, it’s funny how they only declared liquidation in Jan 2022 when they were having issues 6+ months prior to this and kept taking peoples money knowing exactly what was happening.

I cabot believe yous have been taking 40 pound out my account since February last year and yous didn’t even notify me that anything was wrong and yous were still doing it till January where is my 440 pound makes me sick now I can’t get a hold of yous

When i went and bought flooring was easy and great now i cant get in touch as i have paid my plan off and its still taking my cash i have sent so many emails to them all i get is a computer mail from them gonna havr to go to my bank and report them as stealing

wow has this company taken people for a ride , there is no way to check your details ie what you owe , or more importantly what they owe you !!! looks like we wont be seeing any money back , they will have known for month they were having financial problems but still decided to rip people off , technically called FRAUD .

Currently pregnant move into a new house and sleeping on a mattress on the floor as these people have robbed me of £200 absolute disgusting. Still took people's money when they obviously knew that they were not in a position to refund people money back they have paid. Should be ashamed of yourselfs and I carnt get a refund back from the bank as I'm 48 over there timescale. So I'm gonna soon be heavily pregnant and sleeping on the floor!!! Yet the people who received there goods still have to pay but people like me who haven't don't get our money back!!!

I was refunded from my bank £320 a couple months ago as i paid and never received goods, now i've had a letter from my bank saying that a refund is not due and they will remove the credit they gave me within 10 working days which means the bank is taking back the £320 they refunded me. Really disappointed about this. There must be someway to get our money back anyone know what to do?

Took me for £700. What's vile is that they've ripped people off that couldn't afford something as basic as flooring. Absolute rat behaviour!

I've paid for a carpet from My Pay Weekly to the value of £500.00 and never received the goods,after many emails,Messenger,and texts no response whatsoever,this company must have known that they were in trouble financially,but still they were taking people's hard earned money,I want it back

Had an email today about them going into liquidation. Not getting my money back over a thousand pounds I’ve lost gutted.

I paid for goods over a year ago and no reply to any e mails. Still not received goods. Would not recommend this company to anybody they are a disgrace

The company are a bunch of lying b*st*rds they said to me on the phone that they will be refunding people money that haven’t received their goods but I’ve just received an email to say they won’t be.

I received my money back from Starling Bank this morning after raising a claim with their help ,I'd virtually written this off thanks to all who have offered advice ,everyone please contact your bank they are there to help you

Oh my days ! was not aware the company had gone bust yet they have the cheek to take money off my card when checking my bank account this morning, I owe them nothing ,this is theft.. had no notification this company had gone in to liquidation . bank won't refund unless I show proof I did not owe them money yet I can't access any of my details now ..disgraceful

Everyone contact your banks i made a dispute with my bank about payweekly as i payed £320 for beds i didnt receive tried to contact them for 3 months and recieved a email from them to say they are not giving refunds and also wont receive goods. Took 3 days for my bank to investigate and thismorning i got refunded my £320 back so please contact your bank and explain.
