How not to treat genuine people

The customer service and the way this company treated it’s customers was absolutely disgusting it’s like a double
Insult and lies, lies and more lies. They called me rude for daring to complain. I’m 1200 down for carpets I didn’t receive and now can’t afford to buy from anywhere else it’ll take ages to save enough to afford them. A refund would more than cover the cost but who knows what’s going to happen now they’re officially in liquidation.

I would not recommend this company

I would not recommend this company my carpet appears to be coming away from the skirting boards leaving nails sticking upwards my 3 Yr old fell onto the nail and injured his hand can't seem to get thru to this company the number is unavailable!

Still no contact from my pay weekly you released a statement on the 8/12/21 saying you would contact your customers with in 14 days still waiting please refund the money you owe people

Absolutely disgusting I have been waiting on my goods for months now use have taken money off me and said my goods would be delivered excuses was oh there's no delivery drivers atm, tried contacting phone number not available etc, ABSOLUTE DISGRACE I ha ve email the company use have given everyone I WILL BE FIGHTING THIS I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! DISGUSTING

Please people CALL YOUR BANKS! Halifax just put my £250 straight in my account please call your bank and explain to them it took me 20mins to get my money. CALL NOW! before the company goes into liquidation. Good Luck!

I ordered £1,650 worth of goods back in…

I ordered £1,650 worth of goods back in March 2021. Paid them off and they said delivery would be after Christmas. NOW there in liquidation! Ive emailed the team taking over their debt, waiting on a reply back. Contacted bank to see if they can help me.

This company is officially going into…

This company is officially going into liquidation on 25th Jan 2022, I've been paying since Nov 2020 for a corna sofa, haven't received my goods, after trying on numerous occasions to contact them I've gone to my bank and raised a dispute, I have had £130 back whilst I was on the phone to my bank, I'll hopefully get the rest back now I've sent proof etc, go through your banks to raise a dispute against the company most banks are offering to help.

Horrible staff on the phone.

So quick to try and get money off you but won't refund other customers.

I suffered my 4th miscarriage 2 weeks ago and nearly died of a haemorrhage as a result. I'm not at work just now and don't have the money to make my payment so it's going to a debt collection company. No empathy whatsoever.

You crack on. The last thing I'm thinking about is making a payment to you robbing b**tards. You'll get it when I give you it and I certainly hope the girl that spoke down to me doesnt ever have to suffer the way I've suffered.

Awful company I ordered a sofa last…

Awful company I ordered a sofa last year they have taken over 400 of my money and have now gone into liquidation. I have not received my sofa and there is no way in contacting them. I've seen they have sent automated reply to people's reviews on trust pilot advising people to still continue to pay if they have an agreemant. What about the part of the agreemant where we receive our product we are paying for. I won't be continuing payments for Something I have not received. (Robbing c**ts)

I ordered a sofa bed for my son as I…

I ordered a sofa bed for my son as I live in a bungalow as I'm disabled, I have mobility issues . This was as far back as may 2021 , they advised that there was a delay at the manufacturers due to covid . I was told I would have it by December and still not got what I ordered , they have £320 of my disability benefit money . I contacted my local MP but don't hold out much hope . I do have a mobile number but got no reply on that and just got a generic reply in emails . They say they've not gone bust or in receivership but they also said I would know more in a few days that was 6 weeks ago .
I hope everyone has a successful resolution as there's a lot of upset and pain here .

Thieves....!!!!

I had My Pay Weekly but had to cancel because I needed a new washing machine.
I was meant to lose £60 for cancelling my order and get a refund for £120.
They told me I'd be refunded within 28-30 days.
5 months later and I've not had a penny from them.
Downright thief's. DO NOT TRUST THE COMPANY KNOWN AS - MY PAY WEEKLY.
