Massive thanks to Russell for finding the picture I have been searching for. Super fast delivery too, ordered on the Tuesday and delivered on the Wednesday! Would highly recommend.

We bought two paintings from Russell. The paintings arrived save and well in The Netherlands. Well packed. It was good doing business with them. They are doing what they are saying. We are very delighted with the paintings.

I wanted to give my thanks again to Russell, Jay and the team for all their efforts (my thirds purchase).

I ordered a Rebecca Lardner print from them and the whole process was smooth from start to finish, friendly efficient and even got the item sped up for me to meet my anniversary.

The absolute worst customer service experience of my life. Russell and Asif were highly unprofessional and untrustworthy in their dealings.
I called to try to purchase an artwork advertised as available on their website. Russell took my call. Despite showing as available, the artwork was not available; an omen of sub-standard experiences to come.
Russell proposed facilitating a bespoke artwork from Wishbone Publishing, around 10 times the cost of the print I was interested in. I trusted Russell. However, when the item arrived, it was nothing like what I specified (wrong frame, wrong print, no glass to frame as shown in photos agreeing the commission).
No formal contract was put in place by Picture Perfect and all dealings were carried out over WhatsApp.
When I received the item, I notified Russell about the problems. Russell acknowledged the faults and said “I am sorry about this but ill look to resolve this and get you to the end 😊”, but quickly become aggressive and defensive and stopped responding.
Asif stepped in to ‘resolve’ the issue. His resolution involved us paying more money for their faults to be rectified.
Ultimately, we would have had to take it to court. Unfortunately, the national pandemic slowed legal proceedings but thankfully, I was able to resolve the issue without involving this cretinous duo.
By cutting Picture Perfect out of the equation, I have ended up with a piece that far exceeded my expectations!
I would avoid doing business with Picture “Perfect” at all costs. Instead, contact the artist or publisher and seek a recommendation of where to purchase.
If you have any doubts about this review, I imagine that Russell and Asif will pen a passive-aggressive, unprofessional response to it, so please see that as further evidence of our abysmal experience with them.

We have now used the gallery 3 times to purchase sculptures. They have all been delivered in perfect condition and quickly. What I love most about the gallery is the personal correspondence from them, there are no automated emails and the team are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help and make you feel like a valued customer. I will continue to purchase all my pieces through the gallery and would highly recommend them to everyone!

I would not use anybody else used them 3 times now always on time and the 3 guys who work there have a great knowledge and are always helpful

We have purchased four pieces from Picture Perfect Gallery in recent months and on each occasion the items have been couriered in a timely manner and without any issues and all of the items have arrived in perfect condition. Russell is very helpful and maintains communication throughout. Overall an amazing service and a pleasure to deal with.

Have used Perfect Galleries before and we always experience the same efficient service delivered in a friendly and professional way. Good web site and competitive pricing and easy to order. Good communication from Gallery and Russell is always most knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery quick and secure.

Wow wow wow ... I’ve just bought my first Doug Hyde print and it is stunning and mounted beautifully. I will definitely be buying from these guys again. I would 100% recommend. Communication was really good and friendly as well.

Ordered a Doug Hyde print a few months back for my mum’s 60th. Russell was super helpful over the phone and even price matched a website selling the print for a lower price. Really great communication throughout, providing me with timescales for the framing and shipping. Print arrived in really robust packaging and was absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend and will certainly return for my next purchase.

Was looking around for a kerry darlington picture for my wife as she has longed for a picture for a long time.I came across picture perfect gallery and after talking to russell and jay they gave me piece of mind and i immediately bought a picture over the phone,It took 2 and a half weeks to arrive (thats because of this present covid crisis)but they kept in touch via email with the final email sending out details of the delivery.Wife is over the moon(happy wife ,happy life)and I would not hesitate to buy from these gentlemen/company again and will in time.5 star all the way.

Incredible service from start to finish. After buying two pictures from them, i asked if they could source a canvas we really liked, but guessed it would be no, as we have tried everywhere. To my amazement within a few hours they had sourced it and we had ordered it. We ordered a specific frame and on arrival, the frame was not correct. On speaking with Russell, i sent over some pictures and he immediately agreed that the framers had made an error. He then paid to to have the picture re-collected, re framed and returned to me at no cost.Would ONLY buy from here as you know that Russell and Jay are geared to making the experience the easiest and most professional as possible. A great business with customer service at the heart of it all

I have always wanted a Doug Hyde and finally treated myself to one, I picked this gallery after reading amazing reviews on trust pilot. They had a nice sale on so I could justify my purchase.
I received emails from Jay keeping me up to date and it made the purchase feel much more personal.
My picture arrived much sooner than expected and I was kept up to date with the dispatch.
When I unwrapped the picture, it was packaged perfectly.
It is now hung up and it’s beautiful.. I didn’t think you could love art. I’m so happy

I have bought six or seven pictures now from Russell at Picture Perfect gallery now and can't recommend him enough. Russell is a total gentleman and has always provided a friendly, personal service. Delivery is always prompt, and his communication throughout the process is great.
