I cannot recommend Russell highly enough. From my very first inquiry about acquiring a piece by one of my favorite artists, he was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way.

Initially, I was interested in obtaining a giclée of an older work that would complement a room I was designing. Russell took the time to contact the artist personally to see whether a new giclée could be produced, and he kept me informed throughout the process. As our conversations continued, I discovered a newly released original piece that I loved even more and Russell helped make that purchase possible.

What truly set this experience apart was Russell's dedication and attention to detail. He personally traveled to the artist's home to collect the artwork, brought it safely back to the gallery, and ensured everything was handled with great care. He also went the extra mile to learn the story and inspiration behind the painting, obtaining information directly from the artist and sharing it with me.

Throughout the entire process, Russell communicated promptly, followed through on every commitment he made, and consistently exceeded my expectations. Purchasing artwork from another country can feel daunting, but he made the experience seamless, enjoyable, and completely stress-free.

The painting arrived safely and is now hanging proudly in my home. I am absolutely delighted with both the artwork and the outstanding service I received. Thank you, Russell, for making this such a memorable and rewarding experience!

An excellent buying experience! After searching online for something a little different for a small space, we found an artist/picture that ticked the box. We came across My Perfect Art, they had a wide variety of pictures including the picture we were interested in. Importantly they had excellent feedback & reviews from our research. The website purchase was a really good experience & at a competitive price. The whole process after was amazing. Brilliant, clear & friendly communication that kept us in the loop. We had regular updates from Rus which is nice to get & we received our picture on time, packaged perfectly & the after sales service to check everything was ok. Russell the owner of the art gallery is extremely proactive and helpful. He maintained regular updates via WhatsApp chat during the time when I bought a pair of Kay Boyce paintings. And he organised and coordinated everything so that you’ve no worry about getting the paintings or the delivery. He is very efficient and very responsive to all aspects of my queries. It helps to feel more confident about ordering some expensive paintings online directly thru him.
