Underhand and you will pay a prescription!
Letter is ok. But, they slip the subscription in. 2 weeks later they are charging an extortionate amount for a service you don’t use. Honestly, with a bit more clarity and a fairer business hand. This would be a good service. But I feel it’s a bit underhand in the way they conduct their business. When you do get the information they need to cancel (although I gave their payment reference number). They put a 10 day charge on to reduce the amount of the monthly payment they will reimburse. So squeezing every available penny out of you. This isn’t for me. Won’t be using their service again and honestly. I won’t be recommending them. Still trying to get a refund for the months they charged for a single letter!

Hello,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration you may have experienced with our website. We understand your concerns and would like to clarify how our service works.
Our platform operates on a subscription model. After the initial payment, which grants full access to all features, the subscription automatically renews into a monthly plan if it is not cancelled within 14 days. This is done to ensure continuous access to the service. These terms are presented during registration, at checkout, in the terms and conditions, and in the confirmation email sent after purchase, providing full transparency regarding billing and cancellation.
We understand how important clarity is and remain committed to supporting our users throughout their experience. To help you further with your case, please look for a message from Trustpilot requesting your account details so our team can assist you directly.
Best regards,
Customer Service Team.

Hello,
We are genuinely sorry for any confusion and frustration you’ve experienced. We want to take this opportunity to offer further clarification.
Our platform is designed to offer users full access to all features during a 14-day paid trial period. If the trial is not canceled within this timeframe, it transitions into a paid monthly subscription in order to maintain uninterrupted access.
This information is provided throughout the registration process, including at the time of payment, within the terms and conditions, and in the confirmation email sent after the initial purchase. This email outlines key details such as the subscription terms, billing frequency, and cancellation process, with the intention of maintaining transparency.
To provide you with the support you need, please look for a message from Trustpilot asking for your account information. We are fully committed to changing your opinion about us and ensuring you receive the excellent customer service we take pride in.

This was much easier and much more affordable than I thought. I only needed a one-time document, but we'll worth the price. Several options were presented and I was guided through each step of the process with clear directions and I was given the opportunity to edit my document before downloading and printing. Perfect Letter of Interest in minutes!
