I placed my order on the 12 of October
After numerous emails I was told they couldn't get one of the fragrances , Asked many times to counsel my order , then more emails ignoring my request, basicly they gave me the run around, said I was happy to replace with another fragrance, so I could recieve the whole order, had no response asked again fo ar refund was this is now over 3 weeks since I ordered,
Asked again for refund on 13th of November ,over a month since I ordered,on , the 14 November I finally received order not happy with all the products, smell like lolly water, nothing like the description, of the fragrances, the scent description, the topnotes middle ect
so here I go again ,trying to return and refund
Who knows how long I'll have to wait

Royal Mail apparently left the parcel in an unsecured location with a photo of a pile of parcels nobody can tell me
Which package was supposed to be mine and my perfume shop have been very unhelpful so I’m £300 out of pocket with no resolution

Great service and long lasting fragrance
I ordered from here as I smelt this amazing perfume on one of my colleagues. The website was easy to navigate and my order was delivered within a few days. The fragrance is stunning and I could still smell it when I woke up the next morning!!

I think there’s been a mix-up here.
I run MyPerfume.Shop (Now MyScents.Shop because of hundreds of people just like you getting us mixed up!) – a small, independent UK business. Based on your comment, it looks like you’ve left this review for the wrong company.
We’ve checked and we don’t have any outstanding orders under your name, and no one by the name of Eric has contacted us with a missing delivery. We also don’t use the same delivery estimates or phrasing you've quoted – and this kind of confusion unfortunately happens quite a lot due to how similar our name is to other larger sites like myperfumeshop.co.uk or myperfumeshop.com.au (we’re neither!).
I totally get your frustration, but this review is unfairly damaging our reputation when we’ve had no part in your order or experience.

Georgous perfumes.
My friend always smelt really nice so she recommended some perfumes and I tried them. I have ordered before & now re-ordered as I absolutely love these perfumes. Get some many compliments. There is so much choice. I love trying a new one. I get the 100ml & I have the smaller bottles for my work bag & going on a night out bag they are a great size.
Delivery is quick & all packaged really well.

), a small UK-based independent company.
Unfortunately, there are fraudulent websites such as myperfumeshop.co.uk and myperfumeshop.com.au who copy my name and mislead people into ordering. They take payments, delay customers endlessly, and then fail to deliver. The timelines and wording you’ve mentioned (“delayed until September, no reply to emails”) are phrases I’ve seen many times from people who accidentally ordered from those scam sites — not from me.
To be clear:
I only ship within the UK, and all orders from my website are dispatched promptly.
I personally respond to every genuine customer enquiry — I do not leave emails unanswered.
The order dates and processes you’ve described do not exist in my system.

I wait for so long and there is no answer!
I have been waiting for at least a month for an answer to my email regarding an order I placed on 31.07. Confirmed and paid. The money has been taken from my account, but I still don't get an answer as to whether it will arrive at all, and why it took so long. They don't answer the phone number provided, there is no WhatsApp chat, no one answers my email. I feel cheated!

A key point here: your review shows you are based in BG (Bulgaria). I do not ship to Bulgaria, or anywhere outside of the UK. It is physically impossible for your order to have been placed with my company, as I cannot send perfumes internationally due to dangerous goods restrictions.
Unfortunately, there are fraudulent websites such as myperfumeshop.co.uk and myperfumeshop.com.au that copy my name and scam people into placing orders. They take money, provide fake tracking or no communication, and leave customers like yourself feeling cheated. Sadly, those scammers are the source of your experience, not me.
To be clear:
I only ship within the UK.
I personally respond to all genuine UK customer enquiries.
I do not operate with the phone/email/WhatsApp details you’ve described.
