Awful experience I order a over month ago and still havenât received my package, and they donât respond to emails, guys donât buy from them they are so unprofessional, and they cheat, they will put on their website that products are available in stock, but as soon as u placed an order they will say itâs not available .

Disappointing.
Never wrote a bad review in my life but I've had a super disappointing experience shopping with this company. I made an order for a perfume based on what I read on their dispatch and shipping policies and heard nothing back whatsoever. Emailed the company to check when it would be delivered as I really needed this to gift to somebody the following week and I received a couple emails explaining that they'd had an 'influx of orders' and it will be dispatched soon, which I was fine with. Then a whole week later they've suddenly realised they have no stock and I won't be receiving anything and to keep an eye out for 'back in stock' notifications? My question is why falsely claim that you have something in stock when you don't? Mistakes are understandable but why are you not informing customers as soon as you realise you don't have stock and being transparent about the reasons for delay? Unfortunately they are too unreliable to use again plus they gave no guarantee they would honour the price I bought it at the first time.

Iâm quite disappointed with my experience. The perfume I ordered was listed as pre-order, which usually implies it should be a fresh batch. The store also advertises that all their perfumes are fresh and new, and claims that 87% of deliveries arrive earlier than expected, 10% arrive 3â4 days late, and only 3% experience extended delays.
Unfortunately, my experience didnât reflect any of that. My order arrived a full week late, and when I checked the batch code, I discovered that the perfume was actually manufactured four years ago. Thatâs far from what Iâd expect for a product sold as a pre-order.
In the end, the storeâs promises felt misleading, and I wonât be purchasing from them again.
