Fantastic customer service, quick delivery and lovely drawing. Only downfall would be the gap between the three dogs as one looks beheaded. But the drawing itself is brilliant.

Absolutely love my pet frame. Looked exactly like my pet. Would definitely recommend.

Would give zero stars if possible. Promised arrival before Christmas. Still not seen a proof copy. By their own admission via email they are ‘ very busy’ and clearly can’t cope. Poor communication from customer service team. Staff try to charge more for cancellation fee than advertised on website. Feel like I’ve been massively conned. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The portrait we have had done of Rosie is fantastic, I highly recommend the quality, it really is good.
That said, we also oredered a digital version and this still hasn't been sorted out, I was resent a link but it was (again) for the pre-final edits version, not the finished one.
So - a great experience for the portrait, somewhat let down by some of the back office, maybe it's just super busy?

My order from here was very good I sent the picture of My pet and they then sent me an email to approve what the picture would look like then then I received the finished picture in its frame will packaged. Would definitely recommend them.

Water colours are amazing and such a unique picture. So my Dog is framed forever.

Awful experience.

Wanted to buy a christmas gift. They promised it would be delivered the 20th of december. In february, still nothing. I asked for my money back. This process was awful too. The response-time was around 2 weeks and when I finally got my money back, I didn't get all of it, because they said some of the money was for the manufacturing of the product (THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE). When I pointed out that it wasn't fair that I would have to pay for somethibg I never got, they stopped replying my emails (for the record, I didn't spam them. I simply asked twice with a month or so inbetween).

I would never recommend anyone to use this company. Very unprofessional.

website promised arrive before christmas and has only arrived now in april, very bad customer service had to email many times before getting replied to. would not recommend if needed soon. picture is beautiful but not impressed with services and how it was handled.

I received my order almost five months ago (8 October 2020). The frame and glass were both broken and the poster itself was not the same colour as the drawing I approved online. I contacted customer service immediately, and they responded to me saying it would be solved right away. However, that did not happen.

Despite multiple emails and WhatsApp messages, and multiple empty promises from their customer service that I would get a new one and it "would get shipped today", there still has been no solution.

Two months ago, I told them I wanted my money back, because this was getting nowhere, but, as I somewhat expected, they made more promises that I would get my money back but I haven't received anything yet.

It's absolutely ridiculous that I have to contact customer service over 10 times for a problem that is not even my own fault. It's so disappointing and I'm also angry, because now I'm stuck with a frame that I can't hang up and even worse, I paid more than 60 euros for a broken product and horrible customer service.

Be careful when you order from this company! This is not how you treat your customers.

Nooit gekregen, geen terugbetaling gekregen

Ich warte seit über 3 Wochen auf zwei Bilder. Das Geld wurde natürlich direkt am Anfang eingezogen. Scheinbar mussten derweilen die Bilder nochmal neu erstellt werden (es gab keine Angabe warum) und ich sollte über ein neues Lieferdatum am nächsten Tag informiert werden. Das ist natürlich bis heute nicht passiert. Die Bilder waren Geburtstagsgeschenke und die Geburtstage waren auch schon längst. Langsam wird es peinlich. Der Mail-Verkehr ist enorm mangelhaft. mit viel Glück erhält man mal eine Mail die Woche. Sehr inkompetent.

The order was at my convenience, perfect, as expected , but the delivery was too long , two weeks

Ordered 3 pictures with a 2-4 delivery promis
Only got oneafter like 3 weeks
After complaining only got sent one again with no offer of any compensation
Told them to give me my money back for the last picture.
Still no offer of any kind of compensation

Poor experience, delivery delayed, communication terrible.
