Blooming awful quality and service. They blame the customer for the shoddy rubbish they churn out. £38 wasted. Refund not offered. Avoid at all costs.

Rubbish, ordered what was supposed to be a 3D Figurine for my sons 21st, what I got was an ugly bit of flat plastic with a picture stuck to it which by the way looks nothing like my sons photo which I sent them, total waste of money will be going in the bin

Disgusting! What a rip off! I wish I had read these reviews first, before ordering from this company.

The advert states in BIG letters, “Custom toy figure”. It then says, “custom action figure pack”. There are many similar products available for sale on the internet, for not much more money, but they actually ARE 3D figures. This is just a printed piece of card with no 3D effect at all and the picture looks nothing like the photograph we sent! A total waste of money, and something we would not dare give to our grandson for his 16th birthday! It also took a long time to arrive; not sure why, as it was just printed on cheap card?!

I ordered a picture for my brother for his birthday I sent them a clear picture of hjm and they sent me back some other person altogether I told them they made a mistake and they said that's him. It cost them about 2 euro to make what they sent me. absolute joke of a company. don't buy from this company it's a scam.they offered me 10 euro back I told then no I want a full refund because it's going in the bin, ive heard no more contact from then.

This was the perfect gift. Was not disappointed and parents loved how life like the cushion was. Have ordered another!!

Even one star is generous!! I have just recieved my order and I’m extremely disappointed in the product. The design is really poor quality, it is tiny and it is poorly stuffed! I paid over £30 for this! The picture on the website looks nothing like what I have actually ordered. I would like my money back please! This was ment to be a Christmas present and I’m embarrassed to give this to anyone !

The delivery curior Evri, lost my delivery, When I contacted myphotoboxer they were so sufficient and agreed to replace my order free of charge ever thou I didn't pay insurance. I am so happy and highly recommend.

Avoid do not give these scammers any of your money. The products are below substandard and when you do agree a refund it can take for some unknown reason over a month to come back to you. Robbing barstewards

I ordered a personalised ‘pillow’ from this company, who appear to be a company from the UK but are actually from Hong Kong, as a uni leaving gift. Before I purchased this item the preview showed my hair NOT covering the message on the t-shirt saying ‘I ❤️ U’ and you could clearly read it on the preview. However, when I received it today my hair IS completely covering the message and it’s wayyyyyy smaller than what I ordered. I ordered the 40cm size and on the receipt it says i’ve ordered the 20cm which is wrong and i’m completely dissapointed in this. Avoid at all costs!!!!

We ordered 3 pillows of our dog that recently passed away for our children to remember him. One looked like a black blob you can't even tell what it is supposed to be. The other had a rip in and all the filling came out. Out of 3 pillows only one was OK. We emailed twice for a resolution and have had no response. Don't waste your money!

Don’t confuse this with Photobox. This company is in China.
I ordered a cushion for my granddaughter with a picture of her dog. It’s so small it fits in the palm of her hand! Quality is very poor and looks like the photo has been hacked around the edges. All for £28. Would rather have given her the money.

Utterly dreadful. Delivery policy is very misleading.

Ordered 13 shirts for a group of people, I was a bit concerned when I read the reviews as I needed these to be delivered fairly quickly. Decided to order them regardless of the reviews and thankfully I did.

Products were received in around 5 business days, were dispatched within about 2 days of me ordering them. There was a delay in the shipping but they arrived before the estimated delivery date even though there was 2 bank holidays which is great.

Quality of the shirts is exactly what I expected. Not outstanding but brilliant for the price of which I paid.

Good delivery time, value for money and kept me informed the whole way through the process. I would use this company again if I ever need similar products.

Non-customized products can be canceled or replaced when they are not shipped, without any charge.
For personalized products, if you need to cancel or replace the product or replace the personalized content, you will have to pay 30% of the product price as the customization fee.
Special note: Even if you contact us immediately after placing the order to cancel/modify the order, we will charge the corresponding production fee because the customized product will be produced immediately once the order is placed in order to ensure a timely production and delivery. I WISH I HAD CHECKED REVIEWS!! I tried to cancel my order within 24 hours - before the product would have been processed and trying to contact the merchant is impossible.

AVOID!!!

So I was charged a sneaky £3.99 fee! Finally got it refunded! When I asked to cancel the order 20 minutes after placing it they said they could as it has already started to make the socks! And that I would be charged 80%!

So they came today and they are awful quality!!! What a complete waste of money! Whatever you do look elsewhere! Terrible customer service, terrible product and robbing buggers! AVOID
