AVOID!!!

So I was charged a sneaky £3.99 fee! Finally got it refunded! When I asked to cancel the order 20 minutes after placing it they said they could as it has already started to make the socks! And that I would be charged 80%!

So they came today and they are awful quality!!! What a complete waste of money! Whatever you do look elsewhere! Terrible customer service, terrible product and robbing buggers! AVOID

I paid nearly £17 including postage for a pair of socks with my dogs face on. They came and were nothing like what I ordered that is shown on the website how the pics on the socks are set out, my dogs face is tiny printed millions of times and is all blurry they said I can’t send them back as there personalised but offered me a scabby 10% off. Shocking company service and products.i wish i could upload the photos! I am taking it further. My advise stay well away

Don’t touch as I ordered four 3d dog cushions for Christmas presents for my grandchildren. I could not give them as I was embarrassed by the size and quality(I could fit all 4 on top of normal size cushion) I have a photo but unable to attach.
When I contacted to not only to return and get refund my reply. Which was £70.79.
“ I strongly dissent from your objective of achieving customer satisfaction. I am thoroughly dissatisfied not only with your product, which appears comparable to something my grandson could assemble at school, but also with the disappointing aspect of shifting the blame onto me. Your response lacks an effort to rectify the situation.”
After serveral emails back and forth and they eventually gave me £55 back from £70.79

Absolutely over the moon with my product, delivery time wasn't too bad either, highly recommended and trusted

ordered a photo cushion as Snugzy was out of stock and needed another !
This took 2 week to arrive , is so small has barely any filling compared to snugzy brand and cost more to !!
I'm gutted looks like a joke next to the snugzy and don't even want to give the present.
Wish I could add pictures on here to show how pathetic it looks 🙄

Ordered a pair of pyjamas and they are lovely to be fair, really good communication to when emailing and delivery did not take to long even though they came from China

Size charts are incorrect. My son is 63cm chest, I ordered the 76cm chest and he could even put it on its that small. I believe this company is a China company so BEWARE. They have offered me 20% back. I refused and will take it further with my payment provider.

I ordered a mens Hawaiian shirt (£24.95) but was unsure of what I would receive as there was no preview of the shirt after downloading the image.

However I decided to continue with the order but declined the membership and anything else that was offered at an extra cost (UK shipping cost £6.99).

After placing the order on 03/11/2023 I received an order confirmation. Then after 4 days I received a further email to confirm the item had been shipped. I was able to track the parcel through the tracking number and I could see it had firstly gone to France before reaching the UK.

Evri then emailed me on 13/11/2022 to say they had my parcel and it was delivered later that day.

The whole process from order to delivery took just 10 days. Which I feel was good.
However I was still sceptical about what I would be receiving - I thought the quality of the shirt would be poor, smell of ink and be paper thin…. How wrong was I?!!!

The shirt came in a nice little zipper bag and the quality of the material was beautiful! It was quite thick and silky.
The image printing was amazing and the fit was perfect too.
I ordered a men’s size large as wanted a loose fit which was perfect for a ladies size 16 (UK).
My only issue is the colour of the buttons which are a ‘pearly white’. I think it would have looked better to have colour matched them to the print which was more of a peach/coral but I decided it still looks fine so have left them.

Overall I had an excellent experience, which was relatively easy to order and upload the image. After receiving this amazing shirt I would not hesitate to reorder.

Shirts arrived with the printed image i had supplied incorrect. I also paid extra for fast delivery but these did not arrive in the timescale agreed.
Emailed with evidence of both, to be told everything is correct and they are not doing anything.
Never use this company, there customer service is awful. Paid nearly £100 for something we cannot use due to incorrect image and was delivered late.

Photo of my friend printed on swimming shorts are perfect. Good print. Colourful nice quality fabric and will make everyone laugh when they are seen in Australia.

I ordered a Hawaiian shirt with our dogs face on it and it's SO much better than I thought it would be!!! Could not be happier!

Incomplete order

Arrived on time, but without all the products. I've made numerous complaints and requests for refunds - NOTHING!

Absolute disgrace!

Turned out so much better than I expected! Arrived in good time and appear to be good quality! Highly recommend!

Good service had a couple of issues but sent them a email and they sorted it out delivery on time and my friends in crete loved the designs

Great buying experience from start to finish. Easy to order, and detailed delivery timings. Traceable delivery so I knew where my parcel was. Product arrived as expected - daughters over the moon with their shirts!

Delays and incorrect product arrived.

Paid for the product, delivery, as well as a £3.99 “VIP” fee, to ensure my product was produced (item was personalised) and dispatched as a priority in time for Mothers Day. Delivery was advertised as being 7-10 days. A week later, no acknowledgement the product had been produced or sent. Despite regular emails, mostly asking what the £3.99 VIP fee actually did seeing production was so slow, Myphotoboxer finally (after about 6 emails) admitted they hadn’t started production yet, after sending a template email on 4 or 5 occasions saying the product would be with me shortly.

In fairness, they refunded delivery and the VIP fee on my request due to slow production and dispatch (hence two stars instead of one). Item finally arrived, a week later than needed, but was incorrect. Despite 3 emails informing them of this, the replies have now dried up.

Don’t run the risk. This company shows very nice personalised gifts online but production is incorrect and, even if it was correct, it’s shoddy at best.

Dont believe positive reviews. This is a Chinese scam site. Took payment and nothing arrived. Tried logging in to account and no account exists with that email despite them sending emails to confirm my order!
They are using union jack flags and uk in title to make people think its a uk based site. Dont make the same mistake as me

Awful experience. 1 wrong item sent, wouldn't refund when returned. Other item poor quality, washed out after 1 wash. Horrible company to deal with
