Thought I canceled my subscription
I signed up for a free trial and found that it was a good app but I wasn't going to be using it much so I canceled it, or so I thought. After seeing I was still being billed I emailed them and I received a message back the next day. Apparently, I hadn't followed the correct steps when canceling my subscription so it was still active.
