All of our kits are covered by our manufacturer’s guarantee, so if something hasn’t worked correctly, we absolutely want to put that right for you.

It’s understandably frustrating to have issues across multiple tests, especially when you’re expecting a straightforward process. While most tests complete successfully by following the in-app guidance, sometimes more help is needed/ instructions can be misunderstood — and when that happens, we absolutely want to step in and help.

Differences between finger-prick tests and laboratory blood tests can occur for a number of reasons, which without more information we are unable to investigate.
