Always an excellent service
I love that I can buy more natural products here at a reasonable price. Delivery is always very fast and postage is free over £30. Packaging is not excessive and always recyclable/compostable. I love being able to choose 5 free samples with every order. Always an excellent service from this company, I have been ordering my sunscreen from them for a while now and there have never been any problems.

Recently ordered from this website for the first time as I wanted to purchase some natural and organic makeup. I found the price of most products to be extremely reasonable, with a great selection of brands aswell. My items were shipped promptly and arrived in perfect condition and I absolutely loved the free samples offered which has introduced me to some new products I wanted to try but couldn't afford! 10/10 will definitely buy from here again!

Lovely products at a reasonable price - and free samples!
Ordered orange and lavender shaving bars which smell gorgeous and are great for travelling. They're also made in the UK and come in recyclable card packaging. I also ordered aloe vera face mist, which is lovely to use. Both reasonably priced too. I also loved being able to order five free samples with my order. Very satisfied customer!

Very happy with the range of products available, especially the YES range, and the fact that free samples are provided. Have only made one order so far but I've had a very positive experience.

Such a disappointment
Such a disappointment. I have been using Mypure for a while and never had a problem with things I have bought but this time I purchased an expensive Ere Perez serum that was almost certainly old and passed it's best. It smelled of rancid oil, looked as though some was missing from the bottle and seemed really gloopy. All signs that it's old and deffo not usable.
This is a high price product for me but customer service completely dismissed my email so I have just wasted nearly £30. I work in customer service myself and theirs is really poor.

Love this site
Great speed in shipping and also in delivering, amazing product choices. I usually order MADARA's products but also some Benecos. MADARA's hair products are amazing but also love their city CC cream from Benecos, I prefer to use the eyeliners. I would highly recommend for anyone to use Mypure platform.
