Excellent app and service offerings to help you manage your own property. After using it for about a year, I recommend this over rental agencies for those with time to self manage.
There are sometime rent reconciliation glitches I need to keep an eye on, which is the only reason for lost star.

4th time Ive used myrent and they are getting better every time
The package is getting easier to use and has more to it
Im a big fan and recommend it to all landlords
Cuts out the managment fee of property managers
Big plus is you can do tenant checks which are very thorough

The software is good but the inability to pay for the subscription /advertising etc via a bank account is annoying.

Easy, quick, simple to follow

Its great to have myRent backing up the letting process.
Not only does the system make advertising and managing responses easier but the full checks are a godsend. Its not so much the credit score I look for as the honesty in the application. Letting 2 properties I did get 3 applications that looked good and presentable applicants only to have the checks turn up facts that told a different story. Problems avoided both properties are home to lovely folk.
Also use the rent collection and rental management side of it and thats just as great!

MyRent makes managing your property so easy! I would recommend it to everyone who is looking to find tenants for their property. You can do everything from carry out checks, create agreements, lodge bond, plan insepctions, safe communication via messaging with tenant.. and all on a very easy to use platform! Thanks MyRent.

The platform made it incredibly easy to advertise the homes, coordinate viewings, and communicate with applicants all in one place. Moving applicants through to tenancy sign-up was seamless, with everything clearly structured and simple to follow.

It’s taken a lot of the admin pressure out of the process and made managing multiple properties far more efficient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a straightforward, well-designed rental platform.
