I was disappointed that the product is not skin so soft like advertised. I have been purchasing this product for many years from Avon. I was not impressed with the quality or quantity of the product I received for the price I paid. It is little bottles and It doesn't moisturize your skin and strange fragrance. Very unsatisfied.

It is not labled skin so soft. Received some unknown jars of cream.

You kept me advised during the whole tracking process

Total fraud. Don’t buy from these clowns. Luckily they only took me for $12.00. They send you this long tracking scenario that’s totally fake. Stay away

Placed online order. Paid for priority shipping. Package was more than 30 days to arrive and wrong product was sent. Unresponsive to emails to resolve the issues. Avoid buying from this online business.

I ordered a SKYFIRE flashlight 1097 model this company sent me a smiling shark flashlight only thing close to my original order is the color no screw on lense option, i reached out and they were not willing to fix there mistake. I would advise anything looking into this product do not order it i wasted money on a item that was not advertised.

I ordered a set of trailer lights and plug through Tic Toc advertisement. They sent me the left light only. There was no wiring or right light. It is a scam. It is too hard to get money back because the shipping shows they sent an item. One third of the item ordered.

Shipped a different item than I purchased and refuse to ship correct item or issue refund. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, A TOTAL SCAM OPERATION!

I didn't get what I ordered

Dont do business with this company! They are not fair and they know shipping items back to them are not worth your $$ the cost is more than the product! The items are cheap and mine didnt work. The post office said postage was fraud and charged me on top of them charging me for shipping. I just wanted a full refund and send it back but they offered me 4.00 usd for the item. What a joke!!!

This company FRAUDULENTLY uses other company's advertising and claim it's theirs, and when you buy the product it's not the same product.
I ordered the "Colour Changing Foundation" US $9.99, by the time I had paid in Australian dollars it was over AU $37, which was a lot more expensive.
I wouldn't have minded if i received the correct product, but I was sent an ordinary medium foundation.
I was even more taken back when I was conversing with them via email and they would only offer US $3.00 back as compensation. There's no compensation, THEY SENT A RUBBISH PRODUCT, there should be an apology and a refund.
I have since found out they are a FRAUDULENT COMPANY....PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY.
The true company name on the invoice is RENGHGZSHOP, look them up for yourself and you will find FRAUDULENT CHARGES.

I've had the same experience! Ordered the lip stains and received cheap imitations. They claim they've sent the right products but it's all a scam! It's a classic bait and switch...DO NOT BUY anything from this website unless you want to loose your money and your time trying to get it back!

I’ve been waiting for my order for a month. Nothing yet other than fake updates. The tracking numbers aren’t recognized by any tracking system.
My latest update says “Your package arrived at the customs of Canada”. What a joke!
Also, maybe it’s them and maybe it’s not, but I had a fraudulent charge on my VISA card the very next day. Coincidence? I highly doubt it. Luckily my bank cancelled my card and credited the charge back to my account. Buyer Beware!

I purchased their lip stains in nuded, pinked and muave. Instead I got wine red, dark brown, light brown. They dont work at all, rather worthless. Don't waste your money. When I messaged them to fix it, I wad told that it matched what I ordered. NO IT DID NOT! So to "appease" me they are offering 4 us dollars back on an almost 30$ purchase. This place is a joke. Again.. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. ITS SKETCH!

It appears that the advertising they use is copied from the reputable and original sources and then when you receive the product it is a very poor imitation of the item you thought you were buying. Very unscrupulous behaviour. Don't waste your time or money on these as overpriced knock -offs. They don't even do what they are supposed to.

Ordered the bluetooth rings for kids for Christmas on 12 December with arrival before Xmas.

It is now the 13th of January and nothing. They keep referring me to the tracking site. This shows it has been onboard for delivery on 8 different occasions.

It is a scam. There is no order for delivery. Asking Paypal for refund. People just need to be aware.

On December 7th 2024 I ordered the Bluetooth ring device with the ad stating that it would take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery which is reasonable if it's coming from overseas well it is now January 7th 2025 and still nothing on this item every time they give me an update on the tracking they contradict themselves I do not believe there is any item in transit I believe I was ripped off this company seems to have lots of different names on Facebook but when you look at the email address it all goes back to the same company and the reviews all say the same thing you get ripped off it's a bogus company do not waste your money on this company or anything they are selling on the internet it is not a true company no company would lie to the consumer as much as this one does I've been demanding my money back and they have been refusing to give it to me they just keep sending me these fake updates one minute it's in the United States next minute it's back in China and then back in the United States apparently it's been in the United States for 4 days sitting in Jackson City and then all of a sudden it's in transit back to China are you kidding me.
