It covers the full lifecycle: bid capture and scoring, an AI Bid Strategist that tells you which invitations are worth your estimator’s hours, project health monitoring with AI risk flags, construction-native AP/AR built around lien waivers, retainage, and paid-when-paid, WIP and reporting packages for bonding agents and banks, and an offline-capable field app. Voice control runs it hands-free, like a chief of staff for the owner. The product thesis: what does a contractor need to do less of, decide faster, or catch earlier so the business they already have becomes twice as productive without adding a seat? Plans start at a $10,000 one-time build plus $1997 per month. A typical shop replaces five to eight point tools and roughly $25K per month in overhead.
