We are satisfied with the selection. The delivery was often slightly damaged. 3 out of 5. One book had to be replaced.

That earns it 4.5 stars, but...

If you adjust the date of your Facebook post, all the text from the post will be missing from your book.

The pricing and discount policy is a confusing disaster.
Don't buy unless there is at least a 50% discount. Even then, it's still expensive enough.

I finally was able to put most of my social media memories and it was so easy! A total of 10 books printed so far!

I absolutely LOVE these books!! I have 1 or 2 from every year 2008-now! A ready made fb scrap book. Put in what you want . Take out what you don’t.

I have many years of these. I use them as an archive for my kids. there are many pictures and wisdoms on my page to pass on.

I am always thrilled to receive my social books of photos and FB posts. If there are any problems , they are quickly to resolve any issue. I am now on my 24th book and my family and friends love to read them! My grandkids are thrilled to see their photos in the book.

Geraldine offered excellent, above-and-beyond Customer Service! My book arrived damaged, and Geraldine quickly placed a replacement order for me. But not only that, she also corrected a typo in my original book that was my own fault, free of charge, so my new book arrived undamaged and perfect!

I have been creating annual photo books using My Social Book for well over 10 years.

The quality is always fabulous (hard cover gloss) the software is super easy to use on desktop or phone, and the odd occasion I've had a question or problem their customer service is excellent, quick, polite and reaching solution.

100% highly recommended My Social Book for planning and printing your memories to view and enjoy.

Love being able to have a permanent record of my facebook posts.
Easy to create and to review.
Also happy that I can just get the PDF version and not the hard copy.

Just ordered my 16th book! I've been making a yearly book since 2010 from my Facebook photos and posts. Great keepsakes and the whole family loves looking through them!

I was going to order one of the My Social Books but when I got to the checkout and the postage/delivery cost was $60 AUD I cancelled the order. Ridiculous! I get books delivered from all over the world and most of the time the postage is less than $15 AUD.

I'm so glad that I found My Social Book. My goal is to have a review of my daily life experience as well as special occasions that can be shared with my children and grandkids. Choose the color carefully as some colors are hard to read when printed on a picture. Books are mailed quickly!! Enjoy!!

Making a memory book through my social book was so easy! Thank you for letting us capture our travels. One suggestion I would give is to allow us to delete posts that we don't want in the book. For example, in the middle of a trip. our friend's son passed away and I posted about that. I did not want that post included in the book but there was not a way I could get it taken out, even after I deleted it from my timeline. That post in fact was the one highlighted at the very beginning of the book!

I was so pleased with the photo book made from my face book posts. so many memories to hold in my hands and relive. I want to get more.

These books are my most prized possessions as it has captured my family's adventures w my commentary on each photo - all year. There is no easier way to capture our daily photos WITH the stories on each moments. And it takes about 5 mins to make.

Very fast service and they provided exactly what I asked for.

Geraldine is a very patient and helpful customer rep. When my book arrived with the first three months of the year missing and those were the last photos I have of my grandson I was devastated. She recognized the importance of these precious photos and walked me through recreating my book from scratch. I'm 86 years old and not good with technology but her knowledge and patience were outstanding. I will now have the book I want and it's all due to Geraldine. I know I was a difficult customer, but she was unfailingly positive and friendly. Thanks!!

I love the books. Its a mini dairy into my Facebook life!
The ONLY thing I would change is the program that copies your post from FB to the book, CUTS off the edges of a lot of the posts, loosing words to the post. Not the Photos, but the rectangular posts we copy and paste. Can you adjust that so the whole post shows? That would make it perfect to me.

These books are awesome! I'm a mom who frequently posts pictures on Facebook to share with friends and family and as memories for ourselves. My Social Book makes it easy to create a book of those same memories in a short time that my family loves to admire! They're high quality books and I really love them!

Have made one for several years and call them my yearbook. I hope my grandchildren will love them when they grow up.
