My Social Book レビュー 

Every year i make a year book for both of my sons i do that since they are born in 2012 and 2014. It is so nice to have there memories in a book. And we love to check them back once and a while ❤️

For many years, it will always remain my highlight. It is truly a well-designed book and gets better printed every year, and this time unfortunately there was no PDF that could be added to it because I also think that's quite nice.

The photo book of my Facebook profile is of fine quality and nice to go through. I am happy to show it to my family.

A long time fan, I am delighted with my collection and, in particular, the latest edition, just received … All the best moments - worth waiting for !

One particular thing noted was there were more full frame images included instead of random cropping as I've seen in previous books.

I’ve ordered several of these books. My goal is to ultimately print all of the years I’ve been on Facebook because I’ve been good about documenting travels and events on FB with descriptions. My only frustration is the MySocialBook site can be glitchy. I have worked to edit a book to get it the way I want it and it “disappeared” before I put it in the cart. I wish there was a more reliable way to save books as you edit.

This is my eleventh Social Book. I love them because they encapsulate the year from your posts and remind you of everything that has happened. Somehow, they pick the best pictures for enlargement. I look forward to my new Social Book each year.

I have purchased many photo books from My Social Book over the years and never had an and never had a single bit of trouble. I recently set out to design and purchase two additional books. For reasons I could not understand, I was having a lot of trouble being able to complete the purchase. An amazing customer service employee named Geraldine went above and beyond to help figure out this challenge with me. It took many, many emails back and forth over several days, and screenshots sent, but Geraldine did not give up on me and helped me figure out the simple little missing piece to the puzzle. I appreciate so much the fact that she always stayed positive and professional and was willing to stick with me until the situation was remedied. I will also add that it was not an issue with My Social Book, but with MY computer that caused the trouble, ha ha! Anyway, hats off to Geraldine and all those customer service champions who patiently help us troubleshoot in situations like this!

I received the book I created, which was really nice. This is the 5th book I have created over the past 5 years. I like how easy it is to create the books.

I do have two negative points:
(a) I am sad to see that the quality of the pictures is lower than my previous books. It looks like all pages have a white film over each and every page, seriously dimming the colors of every single picture. Not visible in the pdf/online preview version.

(b) There used to be the text from each post included in the book. Nowadays (maybe the past 2 yrs), the text from each post does not appear in your book. There is no box to check to include it or not. I am sad about it, because I summarize the meaning of my post (with this text), while each picture has a caption to further my story. Again, it would be nice to have this text from the post printed out (or at least have the option to put it in your book or not.)

Great Customer Service. I’ve been purchasing for 7+ years and my kids love looking through these books all the time.

Delivery time for new books is good. Being kept informed about the products in route is good. One thing I have noticed in the photos is that the same photo is uses multiple times, something right next to each other. I use the Facebook editions. It would be nice to see this addressed.

I love My Social Book! For years I have wanted to print out my Facebook page and simply could not find an easy way to do it. I used to keep photo albums and was concerned that my photos and adventures were only available on line. I really wanted to find a way to have printed copies again. Also, we have taken some wonderful trips and I really wanted to document our experiences. I have now used My Social Book a number of times to print out both travel and historical Social Books. The site is so easy to use and the quality is outstanding! I also appreciated the excellent customer support. All of my questions were quickly and clearly answered by a staff person. I very much appreciate having these wonderful books to share with my family, including my grandchild. Thank you very much!

I have been making these books for years and love them. It's so nice to have a library full of memories.

Editing ability extremely difficult making it a time consuming miserable experience. Improve your service !!!

Since the twelve years I make my social book. The early books there were friends and their reactions, but later I could scan and see a little film I posted. This year there were only a few! But I like my book!!!Thanks for a valuable memory!
