We are hugely impressed that MySpa has continued its excellent service through the Covid-19 lock-down period. It's approach to self-distancing et al sets a fine example for others to follow.

The advice and care from the outset was exceptional. It is a big decision to make especially during COVID lock down. Being impossible to see the Tubs let alone wet test before we purchased we relied on the honest advice and support from the experts. The team were amazing and this continued through to the installation day. The install team were well planned, respectful and careful. The chemical training needs some time and thought and despite their day being old they stayed until we were completely satisfied and understood. Great team end to end thank you all.

Great experience with this company at Bentley’s in Leicestershire from start to finish.
Good friendly advice at point of choosing which hot tub to have, not pushed to have one bigger than needed or more expensive.
Care taken in positioning the hot tub so that it was central under a Pergola.
All staff courteous and on time for appointments.
Had a small problem with hot tub being at too higher temperature. Engineer came out swiftly to alter settings.
Visits during Corona Virus times have been carefully planned and executed, very impressed on how the company handled these visits safely for the customer and the worker. Would definitely recommend getting a hot tub from them.

Had our second yearly service last week. Nothing was too much trouble for Sam. He worked well to get our hottub back to pristine condition. Great advice on care and management. Thank you MySpa.

The My Spa team are great! Very honest and knowledgable, listen to what you are saying and any thoughts or concerns you may have and then help you plan and arrange things such as aftercare supplies that meet your needs and time scales.

Superb service from start to finish. Wet testing was superb, ordering was easy, installation team were brilliant. Cant wait for sundance Hamilton to get upto temp and relax. Sam lead the install and was very informative and easy to work with. A* service
