I was told 3 days ago that my purchase…

I was told 3 days ago that my purchase would be replaced with new videos that actually included my granddaughter. I continue to reach out to follow up on this and still no response from anyone. I don’t want to dispute the charges but that will be my next step. Please send me the new series as I requested to purchase. Thank you.

It’s great

It’s great! I am sure tessa will love it when she watch it as part of her christmas present. Don’t know how you did it, the princess talks and acts and respond just like my grand daughter Tessa!
